The singleplayer is pretty fun with the challenges. But the multiplayer is very hit or miss with the lag where a bulk of the longevity is on something that doesn't work too well. Even if you have the best network, which goes against the point of a portable console, most people do not or things will lag out like crazy without anything to prevent it. Most of the DLC is really not worth it to what you get at the start, really only worth it if you want to play online even if the online is really bad with lag. It is worth it for the single player at least.

Super Smash Brothers Ultimate is a fun addition to the collection of Smash Brothers games and offers one of the only options to play certain characters in a newer game on the Switch. For instance, the Switch has been released for over 2.5 years, but there’s still no Metroid game... or dedicated Starfox game...

Bought 2 of these for my children and they can’t stop playing it. Fun and exciting packed action game that keeps them entertained.
