Son and cousin play all the time keeps them busy yelling about the game

As far as games go, this is one of the most poorly designed games I’ve played in a long time. The controls are not intiutive and mistakes made are costly. The game seems to have a ridiculously unfair advantage or the developers simply removed certain penalties that only affect the player. Even if these issues were addressed, there’s still the fact that you’re penalized for not being *perfect*. If you lose during certain parts, you can’t continue on at the same difficulty; you have to take a step down. I’d rather keep fighting at the same difficulty rating to see if I can improve rather than feeling like I need to be handheld through the experience.

I've played smash bros before but never owned one of the other smash releases. I bought this one mainly for cloud and I was content with just playing with him. Playing the campaign though really opened me up to playing with the other characters and made me really enjoy all the other characters. I'm not a fighting game enthusiast but smash is my favorite game on the switch.

Great game, the graphics and the characters are nice

I bought this game mostly to play with friends, and we easily spent 4+ hours playing without realizing that much time had passed. Also really enjoy playing solo. Really nice to have several different games to play and the spirits are a fun addition to the “adventure” side of the game. Didn’t play a whole lot of previous versions (didn’t own them) but I’m hooked on this one!

One of the best fighting games ever. Period. The only one that comes close is marvel vs. cap com but this is better. I understand it can get expensive with the fighters pass but I think it’s worth it. I have over 2000 in the game, by far my most played game on the switch. Possibly the best ever.

Full of fun & large range of Nintendo cast to choose from, must by played.

So many stages and characters, tons of fun, classic mode is great as well.

It's better then the last two Smash games. Tons of characters. Lots of fun

EASY FOR MY SON TO PLAY ON HIS OWN OR WITH OTHERS GREAT VIDEO GAME.

For anyone who’s played and enjoys Super Smash games, get this. It includes every character from all its predecessors and new ones too. If you haven’t ever played Super Smash Bros., this is a great entry point. All of the most popular Nintendo characters and numerous extras from other genres fight to essentially be king-of-the-hill, last man standing. Tons of fun. Get this

My son loves this game. This is his absolute favorite game on the switch

Smash Bros Ultimate is a great game with so much content and characters and it plays really well. I'm really enjoying the new spirits mode and have played so many hours into it yet have so much to complete. It took roughly a weekend to unlock most of the characters for me and I've had no issues playing the game online yet, though some issues are having connection problems.

This is definitely the ultimate smash bros experience with an amazing amount of content. The single player spirit mode varies the battles, smash mode options are endless, and online mode is much improved over past games. There is still some occasionally instability that plagues online play, but Super Smash Bros Ultimate is an excellent game that is both deep and engaging.

Great Game. Tons of characters. Tons of battle locations. Tight Controls.

Game fun. Lots of Mario. Unfortunately no Master Chief. Still fun though.

This is one of those games where the creators really try to do their best to pack-in EVERYTHING in one tiny little cartridge for a standard price. The game has you start out with just EIGHT characters! If you've been caught up with the game and seen how it works, you already know that the character roster is INSANE. Hours upon hours will be spent unlocking everybody!

Bought this for my brother and he was super exited! It’s a classic !
