My fiancé is a fan of Nintendo games and I grew up playing super smash bros, so of course we had to get this for our Nintendo switch and it did not disappoint, only thing I wish is that it maybe had a few tutorials on how to fight since it’s been so long since we have played a super smash bros gAme!

Ah yes! Super Smash Bros - the newest iteration of a game that mostly defined my childhood. Of course I'd grab it when it was on sale! All the other reviews of this game is head-on so I won't regurgitate them - it is a MUST buy for any Super Smash fans!

I love super smash on game cube growing up, though I have bought it For my 3Ds, playing this one was so much more nostalgic. There are also features that make it more true to some of the characters original games, like how charizard (a fire Pokémon) is hurt by water. Very happy to have pre-ordered!

Nothing will ever beat melee. That being said, still a great game. Better than the wii smash brothers definitely. So many characters, so many options to play. Downside, you have to pay a subscription with Nintendo if you want to play against your friend on the other side of the country.

Loved this game when I was a kid! I had to buy it again! Love it just like the old days very nostalgic!

I really enjoy this new release of Smash bros. You have to unlock characters, all the characters from past games are in this one. DLC fighters are on the way. You can play with your Gamecube controller if you have the correct adapter installed. Its awesome. One of the best releases on the Switch.

Absolutely fun and love the story line in the beginning. You have to unlock tons of characters and it's not always easy. Play the fun games same as Wii u, but with tons more scenes and characters. Love the challenges. Play with many players too, up to 8 at once! Awesome! Nintendo did a great job!

This game continues to deliver with each iteration. This game has the most fan service done with incredible attention to detail I’ve ever seen in one game. Fun with friends and family! Plenty modes to try out, 900+ pieces of music that span all of gaming it’s the best game you can buy right now

Bought this for my son for the switch he got for Christmas. He seems to love playing the game on the switch as much as all the other platforms. Being able to take it along with him is a huge plus and you can hear them yelling and cheering while they play the game so it must be a hit!

Out of all the five games purchased, Super Smash Bros is the most played in my household. Being able to accurately and easily adjust the difficulty, makes this game easy to play for children of all ages. Added game modes keep the game interesting.

There was a lot of hype over the number of characters in the game and I'm glad that there are so many to select from. I was also impressed when they revealed that there would be new characters. A few of my friends got the Switch just for this game so I definitely recommend to others after playing!

Super Smash Bros has been out for a long time and as of recent it came out on the switch. Super Smash Bros Ultimate truly is ultimate! With every returning character from the previous games and up to 8 players able to play at the same time you are for sure able to spend a lot of time on this game.

I love super smash bro’s .. and is basically why I even bought a switch in the first place . The games just like I remember when I was a kid but with a few more new characters and more modes to play , great online games and spirit mode is like a campaign game all on its own

Great game and lots of fun. There is a ton of content to unlock and you can spend hours in this game without even realizing it!

Hand down the biggest game in the series history. There are some compromises for the massive character and stage selection here, namely no character trophies (replaced with Spirit stickers) and a shortened (but specialized) Classic Mode. Overall though my favorite in a series of near perfect games

Overall, enjoyable game with a large selection of characters and stages. Knowing how to use each character can be a little daunting at times and the online mode isn't for the faintest of hearts. Plenty of local co-op options and single player challenges should keep anyone busy for a little while.

Me and my boyfriend have battled on this game plenty of times and let’s just say it’s led to some arguments. We love it as competitive people and I think many people would. As you play you also unlock new characters which is cool.

I have been playing Smash since the 64 days, and this right here is the best one yet! All the characters finally have something unique to their own (for the most part). Adventure mode is awesome and difficult at the same time. Load times could be better, but honestly, it's a fantastic experience.
