Very, very cool game. Not as serious as a regular fighting game, but just as fun!

I’ve been playing smash for years. This one won’t let you down. So many characters and levels to enjoy. Just get it. Also, the GameCube controller adapter from the WiiU works on the switch, so that helps

bought this as a gift and its an awesome and entertaining game. everyone knows super smash so if your on the fence for whatever reason get it. very fun

Super Smash Brothers Ultimate brings me back to the college days of playing SSB Melee. I love sitting around with folks for the first time in years and playing a game that brings back so much nostalgia!

I love the expansion of characters in this game! Updated graphics, yet still has the classic feel of the OG Smash Bros for the Gamecube. Forever one of my favorites!

This game is amazing when playing with friends. There’s nothing that beats the chaos this game induces into a party environment. Even if it’s just you and one friend playing co-op or versus you will have a ton of fun. And the more people you have playing the faster you unlock new characters. So even if you’re not playing a campaign of any sort you will feel rewarded as you just mess around. But, solo play is just a frustrating mess. You’ll quickly notice that you seem to be facing the wrong direction often, and when you are, half of the time enemies will be just out of your reach even while they’re able to hit you. This makes it so you’re constantly trying to be right on top of your opponent and the CPU players are perfect at countering your moves on any setting above easy. You will also frequently be teamed up on. I guess technically it is forcing you to get better at the game, but in my opinion it teaches you only how to play the game cheap. If you play the same way you play against the CPU as you do your friends, you will not have friends for long. As a casual player I would not suggest buying this game unless you plan on having friends over often, or you’re going to play with a sibling/significant other. Otherwise you will only learn that this game is easily one of the most frustrating games to play by yourself.

This game combines all of the previous Smash Bros games into one! There are so many characters and stages to pick from. The story mode is long and challenging, making it easy to play for hours non-stop.

The last Smash Bros game I purchased was Brawl, which like most people who follow the series know that was the worst game in the series. I played Smash 4 but not enough to know the differences. This game is definitely a breath of fresh air, very comparable to melee. The downside is online play is complete TRASH. The game play is slower, there is constant lag, the options are scarce. They dropped the ball there. What's worse is you have to pay for it now.

This game has every smash character from all iterations and some new inclusions to boot. The controls are fast and solid. The AI is incredibly intelligent. It is an amazing game. The best in the series.

My son really enjoyed unlocking all the characters on this game to begin with . I like the fact that the game is compatible two play two players with the one controller that comes with the game system.

Great game. Love playing it on my switch lite. There are so many characters to choose from its incredible. Truly enjoy playing it in my spare time. A must buy.

Attendant at store said this was safe for 12 years old down. Seems to thrill the kiddos to play it and gives me time to watch the bowl games on cold days without too much interruption.
