Excellent fighting game for friends and family. Warning. May break friendships similar to Mario Party or Uno. Huge roster of characters, DLC fighters to get, and fun custom and classic modes has something for everyone, and wide controller support between the Gamecube controllers to joy-cons and wireless pro means there's a way for everyone to play.

The game is a classic and the ultimate edition is a good value with the controller.

Game is a complete package, only complaints online and local wireless play is buggy and broken, Playing a game between two Switches less than 5 feet from each other consists of almost non-stop stuttering. Online comes close as well even a though I have wired connection.

Yes the game is totally packed with characters and content. The single player experience is decent as well. But the most important question is how is gameplay, and it's clear at least so far that the characters' movesets, engine responsiveness, and the "flow" of the game have been refined to make this the best feel of any smash bros game. Ultimately that's what's going to make this a HUGE hit and a classic for the franchise.

One of the best games ever, my nephews and nieces have a lot of fun. I really like how you can play with more than the usual maximum number of players (4). There's about 8 of us that play and when it gets late the kiddos don't want me to leave because they just want to keep playing.

Lot of fun if you like the Smash series or new to it. Unreal amount of content and replay value.
