I bought this as a gift for my son and he absolutely loves it. He keeps trying to explain things like input commands. I am not sure what that means but I am just glad he's happy. I have played it a couple times and it is a lot of fun. A great game!

This smash game is a upgraded Wii U version with new fighters, previous fighters, and stages from earlier versions. However, I never looked at the smash games as a traditional fighting game. I always treated it as a party game. Just get some friends together and let loose.

Purchased as a pollyanna gift. The person wasn't specific on which game they were interested in. I went online and did some research and it was between this game and one other one. The game graphics look amazing and the ratings were phenomenal. Hope my pollyanna enjoys it.

While I didn’t enjoy getting my butt handed to me by my nephews, we laughed enough to make up for the blow to my pride!

It's fun to beat your kids! Ummmm...that didn't sound right... No, seriously this is a lot of fun fr father to play with sons or daughters. Kids love video games and what better way to be in your kids life than to beat each other senseless in a video world. Love it!

Cant go wrong with this game definitely worth playing

This is the best game in this series thus far. It has tons of content, with the largest roster in the series, the most number of stages, and the most music. The gameplay is excellent as always, and as a long time fan of the series, I have to admit this may be my favorite.

I bought this bc it went on sale and my boyfriend said he was interested. however, he was only interested in it for a lot less money, so I've never played it and gave it to a friend instead. she loves it and plays it all the time. I'm giving it a 5 bc she loves it.

I got this for my son for Christmas. He's been having a blast playing it. In fact, both my sons, and my daughter have been enjoying it. Not overly violent like most fighters, so it's great for younger kids to get a little beat 'em up time without all the blood and stuff.

My kids have grown up playing this game going back to the Nintendo GameCube. They have been playing this now for a week and love it. I would highly recommend this to any fans of the game or even beginners. It is easy to play, even for someone just picking it up. Have fun.

I enjoy the classic staples in nintendo's universe of games. This is no exception and a must buy for anyone with a Nintendo device. Most people I know only buy a Nintendo switch just for this game. I absolutely understand

A fun game with a ton of characters to play as and collect. I am a big fan of the spirit board area as well.

I don’t understand the popularity of this button mashing series. The game is bigger on Switch than previous versions, with a few new modes. Graphics are nice, and there are a lot of characters to play. But the game is chaotic. If you’ve enjoyed previous entries in this series, you’ll probably like this one. If you’ve not been impressed by games in this series before, this one is unlikely to change your mind.

The Smash series has rarely disappointed and true to it goals it brings players back together in one household, no headsets online (online play is available) its refreshing to player with friends and family in person gloat and boast and have some good times, every time!

Just a little background. I have played super smash bros on the WII it is fun. The switch is the same game but different. The same for the type of battling and storylines. But different because you earn the extra characters faster, and the system is a little tricky to play on. I mean if you are a button smashing child it seems to have a lag time. If you are a methodical player it is a fairly nice game to play. All in all i spent a lot of time playing the game and enjoyed all the funny characters if you purchase the game you will understand what I mean by funny characters.

Super smash brother ultimate is the a must buy game for the year. It contains tons of contents, 74 fighters, almost 800 BGMs which you can create you own playlist on, story/spirit collection mode. there is really nothing to complain about and I enjoy this game very much.

How are you looking at reviews for the best platform fighter ever? Just buy it and enjoy the game. This is one of the biggest crossover games in history. Minecraft Steve is even in it now. There's nothing more that needs to be said.

We bought my son Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a gift for the holidays, and he has loved it, so much so that everyone in the family has played with him. Once the battles begin, we all want to release new challengers and explore new fighters styles. A great deal of fun.

Definitely on of the best Switch games out there. Whether playing casually or competitively you are sure to have hours of fun.
