Keeping the nostalgic feeling of the previous Smash games yet bringing something new to the table with the story mode and spirits mode. Even if you don't have Nintendo online this game will still keep you busy on your own. Learning the different combos for each character is somewhat challenging (like all fighter games) but the payoff is wonderful as you can see Sonic pull off a combo against DK. This game is used to not only see who is right in a discussion but who also has to do the chores.

My kids love this game. The graphics are amazing. Nintendo did a great job plus it has tons of new characters. Well done Nintendo

I purchased this game for my sons as a Christmas gift and they love it. This super smash bros ultimate is the newest. 70 plus fighters, 100 plus stages and it has new game modes. If I had to rate this game it would be a 10 out of 10!!!!

This game speaks for itself, it has everyone from the previous smash titles and some more. The gameplay is fast and smooth. 10/10

While everybody will focus on the roster or stage selection, which are definitely ample, I’ll just comment briefly on the nuances from a fighting engine side. Lots of little details that work well - neutral jabs have more combos, some timings have been tweaked for tilt and smash attacks, etc. The AI dodges better and can be harder to hit properly which makes the 8 or 9 cpu levels just a smidge more interesting. Definitely makes some characters more usable from a fight mechanic perspective. Great game.

Super addictive gameplay, infinite content, great local multi-player and online

No other fighting game has a roster of this caliber. Every smash game brings unprecedented levels of hype and it always delivers.

I like the fact they added new characters and castlevania was a nostalgic game for me so that made my day.

I absolutely recommend this game especially if you have groups of people over, it's so much fun to play with a bunch of people.

I am new to the Smash title. This game is so much fun for the whole family. The first time we played, there were three of us playing. Ranging in age from 20-58. Dad had never played video games other than Mario Cart, and Video Poker. He laugh till he cried while we were playing this game. It has become a weekly thing to get together and play this on the Switch. We have even added some more older family members into the fray. Definitely a crowd favorite whether you are a seasoned gamer or a first timer.

What's not to love? You get to brawl with all your favorite video game characters throughout history. I think what I like about this game is that you can play super casual with friends and family but go online and grind it out against Pros. I just wish they had more options for online Co-Op play but hopefully they add in the future. Pika Pika

The return of Super Smash Bros with expanded characters and amazing gameplay along with detailed graphics is an instant classic
