Think again! My husband and i are going through adventure mode and challenging each other so see who can unlock the most characters first. If it happens to be his turn i can only pray he gets a lava floor with Wario throwing his motorcycles at you every second. Way to step your game up smash!

Smash brothers is such a great game because several members can play at one time. It is fun and sometimes hard to put it down!

The smash series has a big reputation, and I think ultimate lives up to its standards. It is an entertaining game with great graphics and the roster is the biggest it has been so far! Despite that, many have complained due to the online features not being organized and match making has big flaws. And personally, World of Light is an okay adventure/story mode. It's no subspace emissary, but it's not complete trash. The battles against the fake characters are fun, but I can't do long sessions without getting bored of doing the same thing over and over again. Others may like this type of gameplay, but I was disappointed. World of Light is also REALLY long. Especially if you want to 100% it.

I used to play Melee a lot and loved it. I never really enjoyed any iterations of Smash since but this one is the closest to the speed of Melee so far. Tons of characters, lots of modes, and just a lot of fun. The World of Light story mode is pretty slow and can be annoying but otherwise I’m thoroughly enjoying this game.

This game SMASHES everyone of my expectations. I've enjoyed every minute of play. So many instances of me being filled with glee when a new fighter appears or playing a really great match. I really wish I could give this game a 10/10 but the online play has some latency issues due to peer to peer connection

I bought it because I played in on N64 when I was a child and wanted to play it again while I was stuck in quarantine and I'm glad that I did. Just as fun as the original. Can be played online (with an additional $20 online 1 year subscription) and played against friends. Totally worth it.

Got this game for Christmas and my nephew loved it

Im 33 and love this game. I play with my two year old son and the fam. Easy to use controls and great game play! I didnt think i would like it so much but i did. Ww llay this game on a regular basis. Alot of good characters and great moves and attacks! We love it. You will not regret buying it. Two thumbs up!

Overall a great game in the franchise. They did a good job with overall character balancing as well as the adventure mode which definitely spices the game up a bit. If you've played any past games you'll definitely like this one. Make sure to have Nintendo online subscription because that's the only way to play online.

This should have been called Smash MMO, I have never seen a game dripping with so much content. You can not fathom how much stuff there is to do in this game. A simple to pick up, hard to master fighting game from the minds at Nintendo with an absolutely ridiculous roster. This game is worth more than it's asking price.

Easily one of the best fighting games and party game. Huge selection of characters and Nintendo is still updating the roster 2 years after release. It's easy enough for anyone to play but has a lot of depth for those who want to master the game and face opponents online!
