Bought this for my son at Christmas and it was a big hit! I love that it is multiplayer game.

We've had tons of fun with this game, the story is average but the fights are good, it has a lot of dlc content and the best thing is the online multiplayer feature.

So good. Love the characters, I even enjoyed the fact that I had to earn each new one. It gives me something to look forward to. I love the blaring alarm when a new challenger approaches. The Spirits mode seems very well-thought-out, the huge cast of assist characters is amazing, the soundtrack is unbelievable. I feel sad dropping Smash4 because of all the hours I've put into it, but I can't see myself ever going back.

Excellent game! Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s title alone promises the biggest, best and most complete Smash Bros. to date. Yet the word “ultimate” can also be read not as an enthusiastic superlative, but merely as a coda to the franchise, a blunt culmination of its design. This is the ultimate Smash Bros. because its scope is so massive that it’s hard to imagine adding anything else. Love the game!

Bought is as my first game with my switch. I had always played at friends houses so I was excited to have my own. I will say that with this game as many, you cannot play against other players if not paying for the membership however there is so much content and gameplay that you never get bored. Its good to practice and really improve skills.

Super smash bros ultimate is definitely what I remember from the older games and remains quite fun! Would definitely recommend for solo play or with friends
