This game was ok if you like fighting games then you’ll love this one

The best super smash bros game made yet. It offers a great time for new players and returning veterans. The game offers over 70 playable characters and a single player campaign that can take from 20-60 hours to complete. The game was really well made in the short 4 years that they had. Also with dlc coming out next year I don’t see the game dying anytime soon. This game is a must have on switch!!!!!!!!

I've played SSB since the N64 days, and this is by far the best installment. Everyone's here, after all. Almost all of the stages are back, there's a wealth of music, classic mode provides unique twists for every character, and World of Light is tons of fun! I don't play online so I can't comment there, but I have to discuss why I've lowered this from 5 to 4 stars. This game is beyond unfairly difficult for new players. I wanted to introduce this to my 6 year old son, but even Normal difficulty seems to be on SSF2T difficulty at times. I can't imagine any child with no experience in the series having any fun whatsoever, especially given all single-player content has no stock counts. If you're a parent, avoid this game. Otherwise, if you are experienced or like failing over and over again, it's a ton of fun and easily one of the best games currently on the Switch.

Perfect gift for my son's 12 year old friend. He loves it!

This game is phenomenal. The single player story mode World of Light is a surprisingly fun story mode with hundreds of collectible "spirits" to customize your chosen fighter. Multiplayer is awesome. With every character from previous Smash games returning, there's something for everyone. Online is a bit shaky, but I'm sure they'll have that fixed up in a few months. Get it and play it with your friends.

What can I say, Super Smash Brothers with 90+ characters, what more could you ask for?

Smash Brothers is a game that is equal parts challenging and accessible - it's easy to get into and have a good time, but it's hard to master. This new iteration is also the ultimate culmination of every other previous Smash game, as it includes every character the series has featured plus many, many more! Over 70 to be exact! There's also online play and co-op for those who want to play with friends.

I don’t really know what else to say besides it’s super smash. All I’ve been doing is playing to unlock all the characters so I can have a super smash tournament with my friends just like back in the college days. It’s still fun and I can play it all day. My nephew enjoys it a lot too and he’s 5. I mean I always win against him and he sucks at it but he still enjoys it. I’m training him don’t worry.

Lots of characters to choose from but you have to battle with new character to get it.

Absolutely LOVE this game! It's so nostalgic! I love the trailer showcasing ever single fighter from the past Smash Bros. games! The character I was most excited to see that returned was Young Link. I really think Young Link is an amazing role model for kids. I also loved how some of the stages form Smash 64, Melee, Brawl, and Wii U/3DS stages came back! (except for Rainbow Road).

This is a great game for all ages. My whole family can play it together, which I love.

Still finding new things to try in this game everytime we play. Big hit with the kids.
