This game will be another classic just like the older Smash Bros.

My children and husband both have fun playing this game.

Great game with lots to explore for completionists (specifically, spirits). The game comes with 70+ characters and a lot of Stages, so normal smash mode can incorporate a lot of variables. The physics of the game is somewhat like melee (which still has tournaments), but certain restrictions (such as bit being able to move when shooting specific items) have been lifted. There's also a techniques section which lacks some details but explains advances techniques adequately (such as short hop, meteor smash, etc). Nintendo added a "spirits" system which adds some complexity to the story mode, but not many people touch the spirits outside of story mode. Currently, it has 1300+ spirits, where the story mode gets you About half that number. A lot of work is necessary for completing the spirits.

Bought this game for my 5 yr old and after figuring out the difficulty settings, he’s enjoying it immensely.

It's smash. Just buy it, it's not going anywhere and is always a solid purchase for friend groups. Just make sure you have enough controllers.

This is the best game! So addictive. My 8 year old daughter and I play this a lot in our downtime. The characters selection is good and the game flows well. Very good game for all ages.

I love the smash brother's series, I've played super smash since melee and It's always been a great time with friends and family. if you love to have fun and beat your friends with nintendo characters, them this game is for you.

The "Ultimate" in the title is apt. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has every character in every previous Smash Bros. game and some new ones. Balance has been tweaked, and there's so much content that there should be something for everyone.

The kids love this game so much. Fun game too when mom and dad want to participate

I purchased this game on its release date in December and haven't put it down since, it is by far my favorite purchase in 2018 and due to so many others having the game I've been able to easily play with friends on the go and at home.

I got the Nintendo Switch for his birthday and he got a gift card for his birthday to Best Buy. He promptly asked me if we can get him another game and this is what he chose. He loves it!

This is a fighting game unlike any other. I set this up at parties of non-gamers and everyone is having a good time, and when the gamers get their hands on it, their competitive sides come forth and provide entertainment for everyone!

When we get tired of beating each other up in real life lol we pick up the battle in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Great graphics , responsive controls and a huge roster of characters. Me and my son have intensely fun battles.

This is a full featured, endless hour sink of a massive game. There's so much to do and unlock it almost feels limitless. This is a remarkable game that any fan of the series or new comers can enjoy. It's a true trip down memory lane.

This is a love letter to all who appreciate video games. From an “out there” concept during the Nintendo 64 era to the present; this is a must for all Switch owners. It’s all in the details that makes this game in a league of its own.

My son Loved this game , he got a collection coin with this purchase as well, it is a very neat game, I also loved the fact that you can play multiple players on this, four of us got to play, and enjoy the game.

Haven't played Smash since High School/early College and this feels like it did back then. Great game, lots of characters, lots of types of games, definitely recommend if you've been into Smash before or interested in checking it out.

Excellent fighting game for the Nintendo Switch! Beautiful battlegrounds, brutal gameplay and insane special move for each character! I fully recommend this video game!
