This is a must have for switch. The game is great. The “adventure” mode is great too and will take a good amount of time to complete. Echo characters can be a bit much but there is even a setting to combine them with the related character so the character selection screen isn’t as crazy. Game is great. GameCube controller or pro controller definitely recomended.

My son dreamed about this game for a while, and, after getting it for him, I see why. It is a fun game with a lot of options and differnt characters, but it is definitely not promoting or showing any excessive you see in other games

Wow this game is packed with so much content! I honestly haven't explored it all. There are a ton of fighters, a ton of maps, Spirit Mode, Adventure Mode, Classic Mode, and online, and of course Smash Tournaments. I'm working my way through unlocking all the fighters and I've got a long way to go. This really is the Ultimate edition. This is a must-buy AAA title.

It was a Christmas present for my boy, he was not expecting this game

I have played every Smash Bros except the original one on N64. My favorite was Brawl and I didn't care much for the 3ds Smash Bros. so I was hoping this one would be better. The game made some positive changes but unfortunately some negative ones as well. Characters feel overall more unbalanced with the newcomers typically being better than the staples from the past. The game when played with joy cons also feels a bit unresponsive at times. Pros include an expanded roster with an upcoming amazing DLC pack including a favorite, Persona 5's Joker. I haven't tried World of Light yet but the upped difficulty makes the game uncharacteristically harder to get into than past entries. Still, it's a solid game when played with friends; I wouldn't recommend playing this solo very often.

I have played all of the previous installments of the smash series, usually they are all great, as is the case with this installment. There are some aspects I no longer enjoy, and playing 8 characters smash is too chaotic on the small smash screen to really enjoy the chaos. However, with that being said, the replay value is super high due to adventure mode.

My kids are enjoying the game. They are playing as a team.

If you're a fan of Nintendo and fighting games, then Smash is a must.

I was never a huge fan of the series on past systems, but I have played the Wii U version and this version quite a bit. The game play continues as it has in previous versions, has the most characters ever available, has a new mode that you can get lost in for hours and is the smoothest version so far. My kids are in love with all of the new and old characters.

Great couch game with the family and a decent single player campaign.

So many players and with up to 8 players of action never gets boring.

If you played the original, or melee, then you need to get this game.
