Got my swagtron T1 last week, and I love it. It came right on time, and everything was so neatly packed. Comes pre-charged and ready to ride. Comes on beginner mode (helpful for all the people who have not ridden it before) Super fast, and cool looking. Can get scratched very easily if not treated right. Love my hoverboard so much. Great buy.

Took me a while to get the hang of it but am getting better with it. Really fun to ride around on. Good battery life. Very heavy, so best to get a carry bag for it.

This thing finally broke. Bought in july of 2017. The charging port started to rotate and not charge.

Would highly recommend against purchasing this thing. After about 5 uses, it started jerking violently to the left and not balancing. I sent it back to the company (shipping paid for by me), and it was returned about 2 weeks later (without the power cord, no less!). It was still charged, so when I gave it a spin, it literally did just that, non stop spinning to the left. Unable to go forward. Never again :(. Maybe the later generations are better?

I bought 2 Swagtron T1 hoverboards for my boys for Xmas. One of them broke in the middle after only using it a few times. When I tried to have it repaired or replaced my local Best Buy store was unwilling to even look at it or help in any way. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years and try to support local businesses as opposed to buying online, however with the lack of support from Best Buy I see no reason to pay more and purchase electronics from them in the future. Amazon...here I come.

I ordered this Swagtron online and planned to be home on the day it arrived because it was a Christmas present. I was hoping it would arrive before my kids got home from school so I could hide it. Unfortunately, UPS delivered it later in the day after they were home (which is not Best Buy's problem). What I am disappointed in Best Buy for is that it was not delivered in a plain brown box. It was delivered in the on-the-shelf packaging...and my boys saw what it was. So much for a Christmas surprise. Disappointed, and I will think twice next time.

Got this board for my sons birthday. He got on after I charged it and it started violently shaking. Tried to troubleshoot using the manual which is trash to begin with. I pack it up, thing is less than 24 hours old but out of the box for 3 hours and Bestbuy charges me 15% restock on a product that was already broken.

I got my daughter one for Christmas. It failed after 2 hours. We sent it in for repair and waited weeks. After getting it back it won't charger or even acknowledged it's plugged in. After months she still hasn't been able to use it. Don't waste your money!!!

Worked just 1 day, just costumer service exchange for me
