This is a really cool toy. Except for the fact that it is way overpriced & worked for only 2 days! I had to return it to get a new one. And of course it takes 15 business days! Stay away from this product. The company obviously needs to improve the reliability of the unit. I am surprised Best Buy associates its brand with such a lousy product. Makes me think twice before trusting Best Buy. Not impressed at to say the least.

Body frames Crack easily & to heavy for kids to carry. Could be built stronger & more kids durable . However, Kids love it.

Sides broke off the same day. I hear things making noises inside the hover board. My kids only ride it in the house.

We purchased and returned this item 4 times before giving up. It looks good, rides nice, is built well, but every one of them failed. Three had the same failure where it would just stop mid-ride and start beeping and flashing the green lights three times. We gave it such a good effort because it's a great device when it works.

Purchased this product and it was such an amazing deal for what you get I bought another one for my daughter, they love it

This product worked wonderfully for 24 hours. It was a smooth ride with good speaker quality. Unfortunately, after charging for the third time it would not work at all. Could not get Swagtron to answer the phone. Very glad that we had Best Buy to turn to. Their customer service was great. We returned the product.

This swagtrin is durable and holds is battery power long time. Gives my boys hours of entertainment in the house

We had this product for 4 weeks & the hover board does not work any longer. This was gently used and never went outside. Best Buy says I Have to contact the manufacturer and they make it very difficult to contact them. This is very expensive and can't seem to get anywhere the Best Buy or manufacturer.

Received as gift for Christmas. Haven't been able to go outside yet due to weather, but super fun indoors.

But of course, Christmas morning gift for my daughter. It worked fine and was great for all of 1 day. Would not do simple tasks such as forward movement or spins. Nice to look at but we bought a defective product. Yes it was fully charged..dealt with it on day 2 and returned it day 3.

My 9yr stays on this all the time. He loves it. The only thing I will say negative is bumper covers fall off

A little bigger and a little more lighting! My 6 year old rides it fine but it belongs to a 12 year old

This is awesome. My son lives on it after I bought it for him. No issues, works as intended.

After I read up on reviews trying to figure out which hover board is best for my son I choose this one to only have to return it because it stopped working after he used it for 45 minutes in Christmas Day I returned it with no problems
