It's broke and only 4 months old and cost way too much

Hard for her to ride, difficult for her to ride it

I reviewed several before purchasing this hoverboard due to the news regarding so many of the hoverboards catching fire. This one seemed to have good reviews so I ordered it. My son loves the hoverboard, but the charger melted and was extremely hot to the touch! This was obviously a big concern, but since it's one of his favorite things I decided to just replace the charger. I contacted the company, Swagtron. They asked me to send several pictures, which I did but the melted part of the charger was difficult to see because it was so small. After several emails going back and forth, they refused to send a replacement and told me I could purchase a new one. Poor product and even worse business practices.

Working fine and battery life is not that good....

Product works good. However, cable port comes loose.

Unfortunately more than 60 days later after using the hooverboard only a few times (due to it being given to someone as a gift at a later date) the Hoover board started to shake while the person just stands still on it. I now have to go through Swagtron’s 1 year warranty to hopefully get it fixed. I would highly recommend buying the warranty from Best Buy. Aside from the issue the person that I bought this for really enjoyed it while they could.

Bought 2 of these for my grandchildren. One went dead in less than a week with only mild use. Best Buy was great and made it right, no problem.

Stopped working (no charge) before the year was up and still dealing with the manufacturer as it's supposed to be under warranty

Got this scooter a week ago and absolutely love it! My roommates and l can’t stop trying it. It’s very easy to use and of good quality. For a first time hover boarder, this is absolutely a good choice!

Nice scooter for children 6-12 my kids love to ride it. The blue tooth music in it is pretty cool.

I personaly diddnt like 8t because like 4 days after having it the Bluetooth attach meant quit working and so did the speakers

Bought this for my so for Christmas and it already went out. Haven't even been a year.

Was a lot of fun for my sisters but after 2 months of light use it just suddenly stopped working.

Didn't have the board a month before it stopped working.

It stopped working three times, they repaired it twice.

Sometimes it gets stuck while riding it. Won’t recommend

Bought this for my son for Christmas! He used if for about an hour and the right wheel began to jerk his back and forth! Would not recommend. Returned to store and got a different hover board!

Santa Claus left this for my 10 year old daughter. She caught on how to ride it in no time. Battery life seems great, she has been riding it for about a total of 5-6 hours and only had to charge the battery once.The bluetooth is great for music, good and loud volume level. As she said "Best Christmas present ever"

Hardly ever used and now motherboard appears dead. Of course 1 month outside of factory warranty. Reviewing repair options.

This Self-Balancing Scooter works great in the house and out in the street. It is very powerful and smooth riding. And the battery lasts a long time! It’s easy to learn, like ride a bike. Highly recommend
