Worked fine at first. Now will only spin in a circle. Nowhere near here to get it serviced. Kiss that money goodbye.

Bought and it kept dying within minutes. Called company and they couldn’t help get it calibrated either.

The board was not as easy to ride as other brands. It seemed a little too stiff for my kids

This is the third one I have bought since I have a lot of kids. My kids absolutely love their hover boards. I just got my six year old one since his older siblings have one & he enjoys it. My kids have been hard on their hover boards unfortunately but they still work perfectly fine. SWAGTRON is the only brand I trust period. My older kids have had theirs for a year now. The Bluetooth is a plus! They love playing music on them. I’m glad to see my kids excited & having a great time on these. I’ll definitely buy more when the other kids get a little older. We haven’t had any problems & have not had to replace any of them.

when i first open the box, this T580 just shocking me with its unique design. It is just so awesome that it also have blue tooth while you are riding with it, you can also enjoy your lovely music. I love it.

Cool ride, kids love it, best hoverboard in the market, my boys are fighting to get on, plan to get second board soon, probably blue, it looks awesome.

This one is quite stable and sturdy when riding. My kids love it!

Initially upon local purchase the unit squeaked in one wheel which we solved with a lubricant. Then an assembly screw fell out and we found another missing, which we had to replace. Then our son enjoyed the hover board for nearly a year, all indoor & “normal” non-abusive use (we never used the app-enabled Bluetooth software = meh!), then it simply quit. We didn't notify Swagtron until 14 days after the one year warranty for a number of reasons including that we didn’t realize a year had already passed, that it was the beginning of a new school year and had other priorities, and that we couldn't locate the manual or the receipt to make a warranty claim. So we emailed Swagtron who suggested that we try to recalibrate and reset it, so we downloaded the manual to find out how to do that. When that failed we asked to for an RMA. When I began to fill out the form it appeared that there would be no charge for shipping, then I tried again and could only accept the $20 fee for a pre-paid UPS label. Well, without thinking I clicked it believing that $20 shipping isn’t outrageous as long as the unit is repaired. Next Swagtron Customer Support emailed me that there would be a $59.99 Service Fee plus they would invoice me for the parts needed. Hmmm! I had already spent more than enough time trying to locate a box to ship it in - I finally found a single 36x8x8 for $5 and cut it down to fit - then spent more time packing it so it wouldn’t shift in the box, plus the $20 for the UPS label. Now Swagtron wanted me to pony up another $59.99 Service Fee and carte blanch on repair parts which they would warranty for only 30 days. Well, we’re now up to half the cost of a new hover board so thanks, but no thanks Swagtron. Apparently repeat business doesn’t fit Swagtron’s business model so we’ll shop Razor or another brand next time and see how they do. Here’s their final reply to me: Hello, I apologize but we have third parties that handle extended warranties after the purchase of the unit. We do not offer extended warranties directly from swagtron at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do however warranty our repairs for 30 days after the repair. Purchased for my grand-daughter (10) for her birthday and she absolutely Loves it!!!

This worked great for 13 months and then completely stopped working. They don’t offer battery replacements. I would never recommend this brand to anyone and we won’t ever buy it again!

It stopped charging after 3 months. No help fixing
