It’s been sitting in my sons room ever since. I’ve read reviews similar to mine and assumed it was owner error but I have read the manuals and followed all directions. Extremely poor product and very disappointed.

Very bad, worse buying

He was so excited to play and did play for couple of hrs. After charging again, there was a horrible sound came and gave electric shocks. It was too dangerous and scary to use it again. I returned back. No good to spend money on this.

Took back two of them

battery life not good

After charging for the recommended 5.5 hours, it would run for about 10 minutes before starting to beep constantly with low battery warnings. We returned it for another exactly like it. This one works a little better, but still lasts maybe 25 - 30 mins before its dead. It says 4 mi range. She is just riding it around the house, getting maybe 1 mi before its toast. Returning this again, and going to try a different brand.
