The most important thing to me was getting it set up on my phone easily. This took me about two minutes. Super easy. The app is okay. Some glitches but it’s better than no phone viewing.

Swann Security system is totally worth it! This is my 2nd set of cameras in 4yrs! The 1st set still works and can be connected with the DVR that came with these as well. They are totally clear and very easy to use. I prefer wired cameras because wireless internet can always drop signal for a few or service providers might have issues! I recommend Swann 100%! These newer ones have motion sensors as well and that’s a extra added bonus for me! I also recommend getting Bestbuy warranty... if something happens they will replace the entire set!

Love the app and clear views. The bonus camera for indoor lets me see what my dogs are up to while we are at work and it’s hilarious because I can talk to them through it!

I was excited about the new camera system. I didn't realize how much work was involved in setting up the system though. Too many wires and was just too complicated for me. Of course, I have the Arlo system now, which has its faults too but it so much easier to set up. I guess it depends on the set and what you'll be using the system for. I will say the image quality was pretty good.

This my second unit I purchased, i tried to switch to a different brand and I ended up coming back to swann

Camera quality is very good. Mobile app is easy to use. DVR works well and provides very good quality tv picture. Overall this is a good system at a competitive price.

Great cameras and I'm very impressed with 1080p it looks clear on the tv and my phone.

The cameras work fine, I’m just having a tough time getting someone to hook them up out side for me ! I called the geek squad and asked for a call back twice, one call back came at 1030 pm, and the next day it came a little after 12am. I work long hours, and go to bed early ! Then I waited the next day on for a tech on the phone for an hour, when she came on she told me to go to the web site to make an appointment . I got an email back after making the appointment, and the email says I have an appointment to bring my camera system to the store , but my appointment was supposed to be for the camera to be placed on the outside of my home ?

This system is very good. The app works great. I would purchase again. Installation isn't too bad if you are a do it yourself kind of person.

The picture quality is good. My only issue is the camera cannot flex 45 degrees on the arm.

I've had the system up and running for 3 weeks now and have had not 1 issue with it. With a little preplanning for the placement of it's various parts the system is pretty much "plug and play". Studying the manual and learning the different settings has taken some time given this is my first go round with a security setup. Only drawback is the 1 tb hard drive. It is easily upgradeable though and it only took me 20 mins to put a 4tb hdd in. The single swivel point is a nuisance also. I wound up mounting all of the cameras on small plywood squares to achieve the right angles with little handling of the cameras themselves.

Good picture quality works well. Does what it needs to do. Good price as well.

This is not our first swann purchase. The cameras have great quality and are fairly user friendly. Purchased this for a friend and they are pleased.
