He knows his stuff! If I buy a TV and get it installed its from John as long as Bill from Geek Squad installs it!

Definitely recommend. It’s not optimal to try to save money in this arena of products. You’re compromising a lot to save a little. This is worth it. And Swann is a good company

Love the little things like 2 people can be on the app at once, the light feature is nice too. Our friends has them and suggested them to us and now we love them too!

My installer suggested this item for me. The entire system that includes more cameras was a lower cost than trying to do the complete ring system

Cables aren't the funnest to run, but once they're done, your good. Super happy w purchase

There are newer versions that are worth the money. The playback is sucky and the video quality good be better. Luckily I bought this on sale so for the money it's decent. I wish it had the ability to two-way talk or sound an alarm. I also wish there was an option on the app to automatically alert me with movement or a way I can connect it with my current alarm system. This product is ok but there are better options to explore.

Are you having issues with playback directly from the recorder or when remotely accessing your device? The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. Your feedback gives us a good understating of the issues you are having and those that we have done correctly. Swann will continue to launch updates to the Swann Security application to improve your experience even further.

We plugged the dvr into existing cameras with no issues so far. The app is so easy to use. I love being able to see the cameras from our phones.

The only issue is the menu system is a bit confusing at first, once you went through each menu it was not that hard to get going the way I liked it to work!
