    Bought and installed in November today 19 February I have to replaced one That went blank and you can not find the exact one with the led light

    My biggest issue is the software, Swann really needs to do better, it becomes so annoying with iOs and with android app is not even possible to connect

      Thank you for your feedback. The cameras are compact yet powerful, recording at 1080P. This is equivalent to 2 MP and is enjoyable in most security scenarios. Every need is different, we have items that record in higher resolutions such as our 5 MP and 4K systems. We would recommend these for a higher level of security.

    Features could be better. Night vision ok, not the best. Navigating playback not very good. Cheap so you get what you pay for.

    I cannot view my cameras online from my phone I was able to like maybe one time and now I can’t get nothing to work pretty much can’t get my dvr to even connect to the internet WiFi or wired it is so frustrating I really regret buying this type and or brand. And I really wish I could get some help!!!!

    iOS App Crashes and Swann is not fixing Months Lat

    Swann support and app is one of the worse. The app does not support multiple dvrs, and any time Swann may release an update that will cause crashing. The app is unusable. Which means DVRS and not accessible using iOS app. And they refuse to fix.

Based on the information provided, it appears you are having issues when you are remotely accessing your unit. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. If you have not already, please contact our support team with your internet upload and download speeds.

    I really liked this system at first. Great video and I really liked that it alerted me when there was movement however 6 months in all cameras and dvr stopped working. Took a chance and bought a 4 camera system and straight out of the box there was issues with dvr ( it didn’t work, wouldn’t even turn on) so returned it. I’d steer clear of anything Swann!!
