I have had no complaints about my Swann system. Replacement was done quickly and I'm currently waiting on a slight adjustment by the installers, then I'm all set. Good clear pictures.

The system was installed by Best Buy and they did an excellent job and kept me up to date on the progress it was up and running in under two hours. Great investment.

When you zoom in the images become blurry. Outside of that it does it’s job.

Our base unit finally went out so we purchased this one because we could still use our old cameras and add a few more. These newer cameras are amazing! We can tell which cameras are new and which are old just by the picture.

Setting up the hardware was basic, the problem I'm having is getting all the features to work. Can't find a simple manual to get this to communicate with my Google home app. I use the online support, and find at different points, I get disconnected and starting over is a pain in time. Also, features the camera has is hard to find to change.
