I contacted a support team member after about 30 minutes of waiting, who could not answer a single question. He finally bailed out by sending me an unhelpful video link that i had already seen on youtube. The app only loads about 70 percent of the time.

The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. One of the cameras worked for 30 minutes and had been offline ever since. I took a week installing the cameras and after that best buy said that you can pack everything back in the box and bring it back. Which really is not an option once you install all the wires through the addict. Then when you call Swann they want you to do a bunch of random checks that take over an full hour on the phone to perform before they finally acknowledged that the camera doesn't work. And I still have a camera that doesn't work. Don't buy.
