Regarding your concern, our Wi-Fi cameras are designed to work on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, not 5GHz. If your new internet provider has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, you may just need to enable or split the 2.4GHz network in your router settings to get your camera connected again.

There were notification delays and a lot of confusion of how to use the app and perform certain tasks I think it will get better in the future but for now it's not for me.
