Regarding your concern, our Wi-Fi cameras are designed to work on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, not 5GHz. If your new internet provider has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, you may just need to enable or split the 2.4GHz network in your router settings to get your camera connected again.

Recommend if you don’t live in a busy area

Honestly, it was off-line more than it was online. It was very close to my modem and had a strong signal. I made sure all the settings were right for it and the app is a little complex. There’s things that are in multiple places with the same but trying to get the sensitivity set was a nightmare because there’s no in between at least that’s how it looked for us and the rechargeable battery we tried it for four days and the batteries already down to 38%
