Regarding your concern, our Wi-Fi cameras are designed to work on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks, not 5GHz. If your new internet provider has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, you may just need to enable or split the 2.4GHz network in your router settings to get your camera connected again.

    Decent camera for thr price, overall pretty good. Had issues connecting right away and often disconnects. I had other brands in the past and did not have that issue.

    Recommend if you don’t live in a busy area

    This brand was recommended highly so we thought we’d give it a try. Honestly, it was off-line more than it was online. It was very close to my modem and had a strong signal. I made sure all the settings were right for it and the app is a little complex. There’s things that are in multiple places with the same but trying to get the sensitivity set was a nightmare because there’s no in between at least that’s how it looked for us and the rechargeable battery we tried it for four days and the batteries already down to 38%

    It does the job. Worthy price. Lost a star because it does not come with a micro sd card, fair, but the sd card should go on the chime.
