In the event you are having issues with mounting or installing a camera, you can contact our support team for further assistance. The housing of the cameras is made of industrial-grade plastic. Swann offers a 1-year warranty provided a copy of your receipt. If your camera has become damaged during installation, please contact our support team for further assistance. Very long cables and all the mounting hardware. Cameras are hard to adjust the rotation of and do not stand out from the mounting plate much making it difficult to adjust the angle of what you want to see. The software could be better. Forgot the master password but they made it very easy to reset it.
