    We purchased this system to replace a 5 year old system and the difference is amazing. They have made a lot if technological strides in 5 years...we were always able to view from our phone but this one alerte you when there is motion and you have the pption to tirn the alarm or light on the "intruder". Overall a great system.

    Not feel like 4k and not night vision

    I bought it and after 5 days I returned it again. It’s say 4k quality but I don’t think so . You say anything different between 4k and 2k or 1080 because it’s look same and also night vision not so great. Camera body not so strong and brake on heavy wind.I will not recommend it to my friends or family.

    Not so great. Description says 2TB DVR, but on box it came in says 1TB. Also, we purchased this product we added the BestBuy total tech to install. But to this day has not been done. First, They sent out a sales person, 2nd, they sent out a guy that did not want to do any work. This is a shame because we were so excited to get this.

    Was not the one that we were looking for. We needed it to have the POE. We've returned & upgraded to the next one that has the POE feature.

    I was waiting for 4 k recording, and it finally arrived. It has two Terabytes of memory, giving plenty of room for the video record before we have to delete it.

    The video from my security system cameras is very clear. I have a Best Buy Total Tech subscription, so installation and setup for this wired system was completely covered. The technician did a great job of identifying areas around my house that needed to be covered.

    I give this item too rating being it works as advertised and the spotlight when triggered is great. My previous model cameras also work with this item so I’m even more happy. They just need to make it easier to determine what other cameras compatible thus device.

    Over all satisfied with the cameras, I just wish they had tilt pan n zoom. Was a little difficult running all the wires

    At the beginning thye will work great, but they do not hold up. After 1 year, 2 of the cameras completely lost version and I can't turn the security red and blue lights on anymore, not even the siren. I called tech support, nothing they can do to help. Mind you I have purchased the extended warranty as well. So don't waste you time or money on this.

Based on the information provided it is possible that the cameras were used outside of the recommended operating temperature. Although IP66 weatherproof, the outside of the camera is still subject to frost, ice, and dew when out in the open air. We recommend you install under some sheltered location where possible but if this is not suitable for your location simply aiming the camera to look a little downward can stop moisture from settling on the camera lens. Swann offers a one-year warranty provided a copy of your receipt or up to 36 months with valid registration on a Secure + Plan. Outside of this timeframe, we are unable to process a replacement free of charge. If you have not already, please reach out to a member of our Customer Support Team and see how we can further assist.     I highly recommend this. The resolution is more than enough though you can buy higher (but higher typically exceeds network capacity if you are viewing it remotely and reduces the total hours of video that can be stored).
