    Garbage. Swann tech service is none existence. Best Buy need to find another security system to offer. Not worth thhe money & unreiable. Believe the reviews.

    This a good product if the Swann communications take time built a good software to work properly, like human recognition and be able to see your cameras on echoshow, Alexa trying connect always time out, take to long, all my cameras work with Alexa except Swann, it’s unfortunate, Swann can do better.

    I’m not 100% happy with my system, first my app doesn’t work on my IPhone 11 Pro (crash at opening) but it works on my daughter’s iPhone 8... Second, since a few days the white light doesn’t work anymore and I obviously didn’t change anything. If I could I would send it back to Best Buy and try another brand. Disappointed.

    Not a fan, I purchased 3 weeks ago, and shut it off within 1 day. The system app doesn't work as advertised, it alarms at random times even when setting are set to off. I don't normally leave reviews but I won't be purchasing a Swann system again. And Best Buy needs to return to a more open return policy. I travel for work and out of town, and 2 weeks isn't an appropriate amount of time for a return. It used to be 30-45 days.

Based on the information provided, we are not able to get a good understanding of what may have been the issue with your recorder. PIR sensors work optimally when the camera is mounted around looking down somewhat and the subject of detection passes across their front. The more the object must "cross" the front of the camera the better the detection reliability. When placing your camera try to avoid situations where the subject would move straight toward the camera if possible. You may need to experiment with the sensitivity settings in the app and camera placement. If your order was placed through Best Buy it will have to be returned according to their return policies and we are not able to override this decision. If you have not already, please reach out to a member of our support team for technical support.     It’s a alright security system. If you are in a budget then yes go for it if not then there are better ones out there. It says it has heat detection but It would still notify you with any motion. Maybe I didn’t set it up right but I was wasn’t really satisfied.

Your camera can detect the movement of a person up to 32ft / 10m from the camera when on the highest True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings. More intense heat sources (e.g. vehicles) may detect a little further away and less intense heat sources (e.g. pets/small animals) may need to be a little closer before they are detected. The range/sensitivity of the motion sensor can be adjusted via the True Detect Motion Sensitivity settings bar in the app. If you have not already, please contact our support team directly when you are in front of the device and we can help adjust the settings to your specific needs.     Great system. Cameras are clear. The only thing I think this system lacks is being able to talk and listen through the cameras included .

    Ive had this sytem almost 2 years so here is my HONEST review.... 1st issues the system goes offline multiple times throughout the day. 2nd whenever a cloud/s go in front of the sun and makes shade the motions goes off on all cameras so you get like 5 or 6 notifications at 1 time and this happens very often throughout the day i ended up with 99+ notifications a day this is ridiculous im checking my phone like every 5 mins making sure thats nothing going on at my house so imagine the anxiety I get when im getting all the notifications cause i dont if its something going on or if its a FALSE notifications THE STRESS!!!! 3rd the app is GARBAGE i cant watch nothing in HD cause the video just glitches i have to switch to SD and the picture quality is horrible....im sure there are better systems out there please do your reasearch google the system READ ALL THE REVIEWS before you buy and install the cameras

    Pretty easy to install and allows you to find other IP cameras on the network. The software for these cameras is horrible And the fps is now locked at 7 ... Yup 7 where as when I bought it was able to go-to 30 when lowered resolution until the did a firmware upgrade and bottlenecked all my devices....don't buy this go with a better brand.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with our Swann - Enforcer™ 8-Channel, 6-Camera Indoor/Outdoor Wired 4K UHD 2TB DVR Security Camera Surveillance System. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. Based on the information shared, there is a possibility the unit has not been properly installed.
