3 no picture & no color at night.

It show good color in the day light, when night time set it go to black & white. 3 camer shoe no picture it was just black no picture. after 4 attemp. they got picture.

The humming noise coming from the recorder is the fan which is used to cool down the electronic components. The decibel level of the recorder fan should be equivalent to a PC or gaming system fan. Well that is a lie. The computer voice that answers the calls will say no is available to take your call, leave a message. Well it has been two days and no call back. Even though we blocked out the tree branches from blowing a tiny bit in the wind, my cell phone goes off constantly. Now who is going to come back and readjust my cameras or tell me how to block out more of the tree?? The installer showed me so quickly, I didn't catch everything to do and with Swann not calling me back or answering their phones, that leaves me feeling pretty bad I trusted the name Swann.

Cameras go dead even after a rew months. Power adapters go dead. Hard to set up. I will go with different brand next time.
