We are glad to know that you are happy with the overall image of your system. The application has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting. If you do not find our support team helpful, please call in and request to be set for a callback with a Level 2 Specialist. Click on the blue box on the bottom right-hand corner to live chat with a technical support agent or contact us over the phone.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every night around 9:00 to 9:05 pm 3 of the cameras off/loss video about 10 minutes on the monitor and come back on for 10 minutes and off again and so on and after 8:00 am all the cameras back on normal never loss video until 9 pm again.. every night.. until today I don’t know why... if possible can you give me an explanations please, thank!

Broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these cameras in 2020, and I have three out of 6 that are broken and one that keeps going blurry. I lost the first about a year after I bought them. The connectors on the camera itself keep breaking. The little pin inside the connector broke off. When the first one broke, I figured maybe I just got a bad one, but since then, two more have broken the same way.

The system does not include a user manual. A paper insert is included directing you to the Swann website where you can download the 96page(!!) PDF manual. It is ,by far, the best manual I have ever seen for a camera system. Swann uses off-the-shelf Chinese-made boards but that is where the Chinese-terrible aspect that has plagued almost every other camera system I have delt with - ends.

Good cameras with great features

Also it only comes with 6 cameras and they don’t sell the same model cameras for you to add on (not even on the Swann website), you would have to get a different model.
