Swann Pro Enforcer 4k ultra-HD security cameras with NVR has covered all the features that a residential homeowner will be expecting from a camera to prevent crime. It has 24/7 free recording option on NVR with 2TB hard drive, Heat& Motion sensing alerts, night2day color video, security enforcer (motion activated red & blue flashing lights, sirens, and spotlight options), POE installation and so on. We replaced this with our Ring cameras for more advanced 24/7 recordings and 4K video capabilities. What is in the box: This is a complete kit for DIY install. Comes with 4 bullet cameras(white), 8 channel NVR (2TB hard drive), Mouse, HDMI Cable, Ethernet Cable(3ft), Ethernet cable (4 X 60 ft), Power adapter, Mounting Screws, weatherproof plugs, Manual, Stickers all packaged well. We opted for a professional install as our installation required more than 60 ft of cables and that attic crawl space was challenging. Upon install, one of the cameras were DOA and was not working. Had tough time to get connected to customer service and was told will receive a call from Level 2 support. Took more than 3 days to get the Level 2 support to call me. After few troubleshooting, they had to send a new replacement camera to complete our install. With up to 8 cameras upgrade, we can install additional cameras if required by purchasing additional cameras. For now, 4 cameras are good with our Ring floodlight cameras. Swan Security App needs little improvement and needs update. It was a real challenge for me to get the app connected to the NVR and after few attempts it got working. Initial learning curve is steep with this system compared to Ring or Nest products. This system requires to use mouse for any tune-up or camera settings and every time it requires admin password to be entered using mouse which is little annoying. Configuring with Alexa and google was easy and works great. The Swann Professional Enforcer Security System is a commercial grade NVR system that is packaged with an Eight (8) - Channel 2TB Hard Drive Network Video Recorder (NVR), four (4) Enforcer Controllable Flashing 4K Ultra HD Lights with 2-Way Audio, is a system that records for up to a year, is expandable to include up to Eight (8) Cameras, and has a one (1)-year warranty that can be extended. Flashing lights of blue and red with sirens are designed into the system to deter intruders. The Night2Day camera technology allows for color vision at night, and a 2-way talk is built into each camera where you can speak, hear, and record sounds. Installation is easy with the PoE Setup that even includes ethernet cable for each camera, and ethernet to the broadband. A customizable feature of the system is that the cameras can be setup for facial recognition that allows one to detect and be alerted of specific people. The system even works with ‘Hey Google’ and ‘Alexa’ where interaction with either of these enables speaking commands. A mobile app that collaborates with either Android or iOS allows for control of the system from wherever you are as long as you have a strong internet connection. However, to make the system work you will still need 1. Electrical power, 2. A high-definition TV capable of displaying 720p or 1080 p video, 3. A router with a broadband internet connection, and 4. A mobile device to download either the Android or iOS app so that the system can be controlled remotely. The Cameras are very well constructed and made of all-weather resistant materials. The craftsmanship appears to be of exceptional quality. Each camera has a high-powered sensor spotlight and red and blue controllable flashing lights. They each also have an infrared cut filter for night vision, and a proprietary heat and motion sensor that uses ‘True Detect’ technology. The 4K Ultra HD allows for detailed video and the NVR or Network Video Recorder can retain the video for up to 1 year on its 2 TB hard drive. The difference in the DVR and the NVR is that the camera on the NVR system actually encrypts and processes data at the camera and then sends the images to the NVR recorder for viewing and for storage. The video sent is of high quality and with the color night vision and ability to detect certain specific facial recognitions, and all of these features and the quality of the overall product make this an excellent security system. It is compact, the hardware is easy to install, and the setup of making an account, connecting to your internet broadband, mobile app, etc. is very streamlined and easy to do. All of the steps are outlined in the directions which are written to be clear and concise. I recommend you give this system a try if you are in the market for a system that will secure your home, deter intruders, and provide the necessary video storage of any intruder that you may need later for prosecution.

Swann - Pro Enforcer 8-Channel, 4-Bullet Camera Security Surveillance System is definitely one of the best quality wired security system. Following the included instructions was wasy and makes the setup a breeze. The system comes with 4 PoE cameras that has motion sensors which activates red and blue flashing lights, sirens & two-way audio. The 8 channel NVR comes with 2TB hard drive installed, which is plenty of storage even for all the 4K resolution video recordings. The packaing also includes HDMI cable, mouse, 5 Ethernet cables, and power adapter. Setting up the camera and running cables is simple and very convenient as you only have to use the Ethernet cable that supports power, audio, and video signals. The Ethernet cables do need to run all the way to the NVR. Make sure to use longer cables, if the included cables are not long enough for your home. You can connect upto 8 cameras to the NVR. Mounting screws and plugs are provided for easy installation. Once you connect the cameras to the NVR, you can start viewing the videos without any additional configuraton. Download the Swann Security app to view live video as well as recordings from your NVR. The picture quality is amazing and supports night vision with color for upto 32ft as well. You have the option to easily transfer your camera footage to a USB drive or save to Dropbox, which is nice to have, although I wish they will expand this option to other cloud storage providers. The system works with Alexa and Google voice assistants. I do wish Siri was also included as an option as lot of users like me are in Apple ecosystem. Notifications can be customized, whether to alert your phone or send a picture to your email everytime the system detects a movement. The best part of this system is no monthly subscriptions. Overall, I highly recommend this security system if you are in the market looking for a new system or even to upgrade an old one.

This Swann Pro Enforcer camera system is one very excellent home security camera system. It's great that it includes a 2TB hard drive for storage as it can record in 4K resolution. I mean, if you're going to set up a home camera system like this then you want it to capture the best possible video and images. In this regard the system more than meets my expectations. The auto motion detection can be rather sensitive but again, better safe than sorry. The night time video is good enough for me to tell which of the neighborhood stray cats is slinking across my back yard late at night. And see a racoon I had no idea was living in my storage shed! The ones pointing to the front yard lets me review who is in the neighborhood at night. An added piece of mind is that I can log in via my iPhone from work during the day to check on things. Setup is fairly easy and straightforward enough. Just make sure you pick locations to mount your cameras so that you have long enough ethernet cable to reach back to your base station. Included are 4 rather long cables but for my backyard camera I had to get an even longer cable. Another nice thing about this setup compared to others is that it's a one cable per camera setup as power is delivered via the ethernet cables. I'm not sold on the red and blue lights that meant to scare people off though. I mean, would a police car really be hanging from my roof? I think not. The siren though is pretty loud and should discourage most folks from doing bad things. In theory. Overall this is a well designed and built security system for your home with outstanding video quality and lots of built in storage with room to add up to 4 more cameras if you needed to.

I've had this system for a couple of weeks and it is exactly what I was looking for. The picture is clear and the motion detection is great. Nightvision works very well and the settings let you adjust just about anything you could think of. I set this up around my house and in my garage. I needed the NVR system as I only had a 3/4" EMT conduit to run cabling through to my attic for wiring. I was able to pull 6 thick CAT6 cables easily through the 3/4". I put my own ends on the cables (wouldn't be able to pull all 4 cables through a 3/4 conduit with bends with ends attached). The system is working perfectly fine with my cabling. I'm guessing the longest cable is about 60'. The system only calls for Cat5e cables, 4-60' cables are included in the kit. The physical camera's themselves are very nice. They are average size for what they are and the mounts are great, giving you complete adjustability to mount in any direction. I mounted all mine to the soffit and was able to angle the cameras for perfect coverage. They are only 90deg view which was less than the cameras I was replacing so I had to be more careful adjusting for the right coverage. The resolution is great and you can zoom in and see whatever you'd like detail wise. They do made a dome camera that looks like it would be easier in a couple of my locations so I may add a couple channels in the future (the system can handle 8 cameras total). The system itself was not quite the layout I'm used to so I had to track down the manual to learn how to adjust everything. Once I had the manual though it's easy and straightforward to adjust whatever setting you can think of. I haven't gotten into the AI system to deeply but it looks like some pretty nice features. The basic adjustments were all I was looking for to get complete coverage, the AI will just be for fun to play with. It took me an afternoon to physically install the system, but a lot of that was drilling and pulling cables through my attic and soffit (there are many easier ways but I didn't want to see anything other than the camera). The setup takes however long you want to play with the software. I probably spent about 30 minutes with just basic setup and it was fully functional and protecting. The rest of time was just spent playing with different settings to see how they affected everything. The motion sensing must be somewhat AI based because it will trigger my notification when I'm walking over 75' away. The app is pretty smooth. I have an older phone so the videos don't always play smoothly. If I adjust it down to SD playback it seems to do fine (my home cable internet the system is hooked up to is roughly 300mb/12mb). The notifications don't always load in real time on the app notification screen. I don't know if that's my phone or the system but it hasn't caused a problem yet so it hasn't bothered me, they all show up on the system monitor if I need to review, plus it's better resolution. Overall I would highly recommend this system. It works perfectly for my home, and I would definitely be confident using it at any of the commercial properties I deal with.

You also can set up notifications to your phone or e-mail. The system was easy to hook-up. After about 2 hours I had all cameras on-line and recording. I did replace an existing older Swann system, so all the holes where already drilled. This system is by far the best system I have used from Swann. You can even record at lower resolution if needed. The video recorder can be hooked up to any monitor that has a HDMI input. I have mine hooked to the 4K television and can pop over to that HDMI input any time to see the cameras. This system is also sold with up to 16 cameras. I would recommend this system to friends and family.

I initially planned to set this up outside, but when I did so, I wasn't too impressed with the quality . for a 4K system I expect immaculate detail where I can see things crisply even in the dark, and I expect pure clarity with the sun out. But for me this wasn't the case. So then I switched to having them as indoor cameras. And personally for indoor I don't need something super amazing (which I wish this was) because if someone got inside already that shouldn't be, it's already too late. This is more of just letting me know someone is inside if I'm not home, to which I can call someone. We also have sensors at every entrance so these cameras provide extra security. Aesthetically they are really nice I'll give them that. And 2TB of storage is super sufficient, more than enough. I also appreciate the color night vision because other products have it as black and white at night unless there's a light source that activates color. I think personally that the price is too high MSRP for what it offers, but overall it's a solid product if you can get it discounted.

Always a big fan of Swann products. I already have owned a couple of Swann surveillance systems and have been really happy with them. The Swann Pro Enforcer 8-Channel 4-bullet 4K surveillance system is definitely the most advanced system that I have owned so far. Setting up security cameras is always the hardest part. Especially with the wiring and whatnot. However, if you want that reliability, then it really is the way to go. Swann does help alot with the process by having a great guide. Admittedly, when setting up Swann systems, you have to use the on-screen keyboard which can be annoying to type with. You cannot use a physical keyboard at all. Believe me, I have tried. Once you have set everything up, it should be smooth sailing! Now for the quality and features. 4K is awesome. Image quality is great. However, what you should be aware of is that the 4K videos are capped at 15 fps. This goes up slightly to 20 fps when you decrease the resolution to 1080p but still fairly slow. This can make images fairly choppy and I did find it a bit disappointing especially when compared to the image quality. In regards to its other features, it really is packed with all the deterrents you need. It has heat and motion sensors! This can activate the red and blue flashing lights and sirens. It can trigger awhite spot light. It also has a microphone and speaker so you can have two-way talk. At night, it has night vision which works incredibly well. You can control all of this from the Swann Security app. It does require registering and creating an account, although you can use one account for all of your Swann systems. All in all, I am a big fan. It gives you peace of mind. You can make sure your family is protected even when you are not around. I would keep the Swann Pro Enforcer on your short list of surveillance systems.

Exceptionally sharp picture! This is the first 2k POE system I've tried and definitely not disappointed! Picture is extremely sharp and no issues with me living in an area where there's a lot of WiFi activity. To add to all the neighbors having WiFi, I have a mesh WiFi system in my house so there are conflicts any time I set up wireless cameras - POE is the next logical step, and better yet, no need to have power outlets for each camera. Night vision is excellent as well, and even though you wouldn't think the LED light from each camera would help much, it definitely does at night . Definitely a camera system worth your time and money - Swann is quickly becoming my go-to brand!
