this is the last budget console will be getting for a while since nintendo lost they’re minds. but besides a great family console for everyone to enjoy.

It was a fun device for the family and overall just playing it.

The switch gets a 5 out of 5 because it is awesome! But the customer service and attitude of the employees gets a 0. I did a curbside pick up last night to get the oled switch that had Mario kart 8, and was so exited I picked it up this morning and things were fine I get home and unbox it and everything seems to be there other then Mario kart, so I set it up and spend 30 minutes trying to figure out if it’s in the box somewhere how to get it and all the things, eventually my boyfriend says it should have a code on the receipt, but we were never given a paper one so I searched my email and nothing so I tried to call Best Buy next, I talked to two people who weren’t even there and each time after 20 minutes of waiting they dropped the call just when I was about to be passed to Best Buy. So I drive back and go in the store and ask for help and how maybe I could do it or how we could fix it. I have never been talked to like I was stupider than they did just now. I’m extremely disappointed this is how they talk to and treat their customers.

It is one of my favorite gifts, especially when I bought it new at the best store.

The Switch OLED is fantastic, has a nice display when playing handheld mode (which is how I’m playing on it most of the time), and the copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe that it came with runs great and has been very enjoyable.

Great for on the go gaming. The oled screen is visually appealing. And the form factor is great too.

We are satisfied with the game as a whole. However the service from Best Buy sucks! A month into having the game my grandson dropped and broke the game. Instead of sending it off for repair/replacement they offered to refund to make a purchase in-store to replace. Once refunded it was discovered they have none in stock and they didn’t offer any other options such as ordering a replacement. I am now left having to try and find the game somewhere. BEST BUY SUCKS!!!

My kids love it. We've played Mario Cart as a family and had so much fun.

I bought this on sale at BB for only $299. It is unbelievable that it included Mario Kart and a year of online play. Plays as expected, except the white controllers do get fairly dirty just from average play.

Its a great great console but some games are starting to show how old the system really is

Great game system. Daughter loves it. Great display. The old school games play awesome on this thing. You wont regret it. Alittle pricey but you will get alot of play time with.

Love it. Still going strong almost a year later. Definitely recommend.

Nintendo is the best. Come at me PS5-ers!! Your graphic can't compete with better gameplay.

To whom it may concern I had to give a review on what I had bought in the store at Best Buy. The sales person was very knowledgeable. Very respectful. He did a great job. I give him on a scale of one. I give him a 10+10
