Not happy with Best Buy and customer care support .

Not a bad product I just don't have the time needed to take all of it it has to offer.

I had the original switch when it was released and this is a nice upgrade for sure

The Nintendo Switch OLED was the unexpected hero of our recent family trip to Colorado Springs. As our travels took us from the plains to the rugged heights of the Rockies, the Switch was our faithful travel buddy, seamlessly transitioning from a handheld console to a tabletop gaming device, and finally, plugging into our vacation rental's TV for big-screen family gaming sessions. The upgrade to the OLED screen makes an impactful difference. Games appeared more vibrant, with richer colors and deeper contrasts, making our gaming sessions as breathtaking as the picturesque landscapes of Colorado Springs. The larger 7-inch screen was a definite upgrade from the previous model, offering an immersive experience whether we were battling in Breath of the Wild or cart racing in Mario Kart 8. The improved audio quality shone, too, particularly when played in handheld or tabletop mode. It created an enveloping soundscape that really enhanced gameplay, especially during our quieter evenings after exploring the Garden of the Gods or taking the Pikes Peak Cog Railway. Yet, as great as the console is, it’s not without its minor downsides. Battery life, while sufficient for most, remained a challenge during some of our longer road trips. Additionally, the absence of hardware upgrades means that performance is pretty much the same as the older version. For those expecting a power boost, you might be a little disappointed. Despite these minor issues, the Switch OLED proved itself a fun, versatile, and vibrant addition to our family trip. From entertaining the kids during travel time to hosting impromptu family tournaments in our vacation lodging, it was undoubtedly a major part of our Colorado Springs adventure. All in all, the Nintendo Switch OLED is not just a gaming console, it’s a companion that brings people together, creating shared joy and memories, wherever your journey takes you. It certainly did for our family in Colorado Springs, and I have no doubt it'll continue to do so on many more family trips to come.

My first switch. So far, its been good but battery life could be a bit better.

Good handheld and works well on road trips. Great for playing with a friend.

Sometimes I feel like this console lags a little when turning on compared to my other console.

Disappointed at the fact that Nintendo doesn’t seal their boxes. The one I bought from Best Buy looked like someone had already messed with it either taking the items out or testing it. Then I was really disappointed at the fact that the really expensive OLED screen is facing up and only protected by the thin cardboard lid of the box.

Never got so I don’t yet but they didn’t give my money back either so

Had this system less than a year, then developed the black screen of death,... screen completely went black but touch works. Only playable on dock

Had this for 1 day and got the Orange light of death. I have to return it already....SMH

GM at N McAllen store refused to give me my covered replacement switch because their repair center delivered my non functional switch to an auto zone and he wanted ME to go find the store and bring him the switch before he gave me my covered replacement! 4 hrs of MY day gone
