Terribly disappointed in Best Buy total care

I’ve had Best Buy total care since it came out, and I’ve only made one claim against it and that ended up in a total horror. I bought a switch in one of the controllers broke on it. After taking it to the Best Buy store, they filed the claim and told me the new controller would be mailed to my house. After it never came for over a month I went back to the store and inquired. I was told they had no record of it, even though the record showed that the controller has been shipped back to the store. I was told to call the 800 number for total care. That ended up in a total fiasco as well. I talked to three different people on three different occasions, and the last of Which And thinking that he was sending me the new controller, actually purchased two new units that totaled over $700. Luckily, I caught it before my credit card was charged. Best Buy needs to get control of this as well as the geek squad in total care.

First Time Video Players

It was fairly easy to set up. Until, we play with it more, I can’t rate it higher. But, I believe it’s gonna be fun for us and our guests.

Design could have been sturdier or scratch resist

When connected with TV, the switch is not fixed to the dock and may wobble. Also, there is a good chance of scratch when connecting or removing from the dock. And, many games take a lot of time to download even with great Internet connection. Nintendo should add good servers.
