it's a great product to play individual story games but the online network for games that are multiplayer does not work with international locations. I primarily bought it to play with my friends when I'm traveling overseas and don't have my PC with me. I later find out I can't even connect with the servers in the USA when I'm not in the same geographical region. I really am hoping Nintendo releases an updated premium switch, With more processing power, The games that are 3demensional the picture quality is terrible and the refresh rate of the screen is super slow, we need at least a 120hz screen

Took a long time to find but finally it was in stock and I am in love with the white aesthetic feel of it.

The pick up experience from best buy is top notch , they were super helpful in answering product questions and warranty/guarantee related questions. Wish the product came with protection case and cartridge pouch .
