I have had for almost a year with no issues at all. Joysticks work completely well and the screen quality is amazing. Compared to the regular switch, think of it like the max version of an iPhone - bigger and better.

I love this device! I was pondering reliving my childhood and getting a game boy when I was told about this device. I’m so glad I went with this instead. It’s just a great system. The graphics are amazing. Very vivid and I love the OLED! This game has been fun to play thus far and I’m happy with my purchase!

I went from a switch lite to this and I love it!! I love having the capability to play on tv. The best purchase of 2025 for me.

My Mario edition original Switch had USB port problems (the repair guy said it is apparently pretty common) and it would no longer output video to the tv. I replaced the dock and had everything cleaned and then had to take it to a Nintendo repair shop for the final bad news. It charges but is basically a switch lite now since it can't dock and do anything on the tv. Fast forward to seeing this and having some gift certificates about to expire and now i have an OLED version. So for the only thing i notice that is different is a VERY slightly larger screen and a little longer battery life in handheld mode. Honestly if you can find the original i'd just get it and save your money but the Switch is fun and has some exclusives that are solid plus my kids enjoy it so overall i'd say get one of the versions (not the lite).

Works great. A lot of variety for games and ease of use. The only thing that’s bothersome is you can’t connect to a tv unless you use the dock. So if you’re going on a trip and want to bring the switch make sure you have a dock.

My orginal Switch had an issue with the SD slot malfunctioning. So decided to grab the OLED model as a replacement. Appreciate the bigger internal storage and better screen. Would recommend this over the orginal Switch.

I love this switch the screen is bigger I love the kickstand on the back it's just great I brought a protective case for it so when I go somewhere with it I would definitely buy it again if anything happened to mine and I mean it it was worth the money that I paid for it.

I saw this on display at Bestbuy. The screen quality was great. I thought about it for a few days, and made the purchase. Let’s start off with that I’m 49 years old, and like old school games. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t aware of the Nintendo online for the switch. I signed up for a plan and then saw all of the available games and gaming systems available for a free download, such as NES, Super NES, Gameboy, Gameboy advanced, Nintendo 64, SEGA. All that is available with expansion package. With having the Online you can order exclusive wireless old school NES controllers. They make the experience more enjoyable for me. Needless to say if you’re on the fence about getting one, then just get it.

I love my original Nintendo Switch but this is much better. I love the larger screen and I think that the graphics are much better.

This console is awesome, the storage space allows you to download many games. The screen has great quality and graphics. I also enjoy how you can play on the console or hook up to the TV.

It's been great being able to introduce my kids to the legacy games of my childhood, as well as explore new games on the Switch. Love having the option to play as a console or handheld device.

Great upgrade from the Nintendo Switch, but only worth it if you're willing to play handheld a lot. I personally do, so it was a good purchase for me, but people that play docked will have less reason to upgrade to this version. If you don't yet have a Switch, then this is the version I recommend. Also, props to BestBuy for handling the scalpers way better than other retailers!

I got it for my kids and they haven't put them down since they got them. They love them and I love them too. A great purchase at a great price! I highly recommend this to any parent with multiple small kids that need occupying while you're busy being a parent!

A VERY nice upgrade to the original switch, the screen has a noticeable luster! Bigger and better, and sounds even louder!!! And... The battery life is even longer than original model, outside all that it's pretty much the same in design, as the original switch system. But i DEFINITELY love this system, and glad i made the purchase!!!

Ok, so I had the original launch switch and upgraded to the animal crossing version not to long ago. I bought this as well and 100% do not regret it. If you play in docked mode, just keep the switch you have. If you play in portable mode or are purchasing your first, just buy it. The screen is beautiful. It makes you want to replay all your games.

Great product, lots of fun. The good games are kinda expensive but fair enough for the quality.
