When Nintendo dropped this switch I had very mixed feelings. I was hoping for some new internals for it allowing better performance over the regular Nintendo Switch. However, I did decide to go ahead and get this just to see how it is. From the moment I turned it on, I was in love. The display on this is super super good, and to me personally, that was enough to justify the extra $50 they are charging for this OLED display. Also, a feature not too many may care about but the OLED's dock now has ethernet which was another big deal to me so I could get better download speeds on my games.

Beautiful screen with brilliant colors. Can’t really go back to the original after playing this in handheld mode for a couple days. No difference in docked mode so the upgrade is only for those looking to game on the go at least some of the time.

Bought this for my girlfriend who was in need if an upgrade. Screen is the main selling point here. And its almost night and day compared to the original switch.

My kid loved the Nintendo switch. It is super convenient for kids & works super quickly. The screen is amazing and my kid enjoys playing all of her playstation games on it !!!!

I had a Switch lite before this and recently received this as a birthday gift. Multiplayer games on the TV are so fun! Also the clearer and larger screen makes single player games on the go a lot of fun as well!

Great Console, bought it for my daughter and she loves it, plus nintendo has always had good game tittles and upgrades.

My girlfriend enjoyed the gift. She plays the Switch and really likes the OLED screen and white model

Nintendo Switch OLED is off the chain! This Switch has a bigger and better display! Storage and speed is still the same. The question is, do you want to pay the $50 bucks for the updated display? It was worth it for me! Get this device!

graphics greatly improved compared to other switches the screen colors are vibrant, it has a better stand compared to other switches and it holds up good

I had the original Nintendo switch. It was dim and got excessively hot regularly. I’ve had this for a few months with no heat issues. The screen is WAY better too!

I love that this has less bezel which means more screen when playing the Nintendo Switch handheld.

This is my first Switch and I am loving it. The display is absolutely incredible and combined with all the great titles Nintendo has, this is the best choice for fans who don’t have a Nintendo Switch. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

Nintendo really hit the jackpot on this one. My family alone has purchased 6 switches and we still play them all.

I traded in my original Nintendo switch to upgrade for the new OLED model, and I haven't looked back!  The screen and colors are bigger than the original makes it much easier to play any game!

Since there is no real hardware upgrades other than the oled screen it wouldn’t be worth it for most people to upgrade from their original Nintendo switch, but if you are like me and have never previously on a switch, this is a totally great buy.
