Great upgrade from the Nintendo Switch, but only worth it if you're willing to play handheld a lot. I personally do, so it was a good purchase for me, but people that play docked will have less reason to upgrade to this version. If you don't yet have a Switch, then this is the version I recommend. Also, props to BestBuy for handling the scalpers way better than other retailers!

A VERY nice upgrade to the original switch, the screen has a noticeable luster! Bigger and better, and sounds even louder!!! And... The battery life is even longer than original model, outside all that it's pretty much the same in design, as the original switch system. But i DEFINITELY love this system, and glad i made the purchase!!!

Everything on the console itself is pretty nifty.. only thing i dont like is the interface or more so the online hub. It took me forever to get everything updated and the whole thing needs a massive update. But all in all the console is great. Still prefer a ps5 for home but for on the roll or if you're traveling its a great addition and self reliant. Great for on the go and portable gaming

Ok, so I had the original launch switch and upgraded to the animal crossing version not to long ago. I bought this as well and 100% do not regret it. If you play in docked mode, just keep the switch you have. If you play in portable mode or are purchasing your first, just buy it. The screen is beautiful. It makes you want to replay all your games.

Best you can get all ways will be fun light weight battery last a long time screen is amazing it’s a must have you won’t regret it

Upgrading from a Nintendo Switch Lite as a birthday gift to our 8YO. He loves it! Taking it while traveling and enjoying the larger and brighter screen, and also being able to play multiplayer games on the go or on the big screen tv. Down side is the storage capacity hasn’t been upgraded and with mostly cartridge games collection and only 1 downloaded game (Rocket League) and the 32gb storage is already full. It would have been better to upgrade at least to 64gb internal storage, instead of having to rely on SD cards to increase capacity for downloads.

I feel like I made a decision to go with this model instead of the 2nd version since the screen is much bigger and crisp thanks to the OLED technology. This is my first switch and it is handling everyday gaming very well! It can be a bit pricy for some people, but it's worth the extra for the improved display!

The graphics of the video games are very good, in addition, the back leg is very helpful for playing alone with the controls.

I was rather skeptical if I should go for it over the PS5. But I wanted something portable and this Delivered everything that i expected!

Not sure whu it took so long to purchase, but definitely worth the hype. You can play solo or with someone which my husband and i play games all the time.

The switch is awesome, love the screen. Got to the store right before closing and the employees at the desk were super helpful.

We ordered the red/blue model and picked it up directly from the store - easy-peasy. I don't know much about the original switch, but this OLED model has a big, bright screen and can be used easily with or without the dock. Easy to setup.

I was choosing between the standard switch and the OLED version and am glad I picked this one. While I usually play on the tv, the brighter screen is great for when I'm traveling or in bed.

Great graphics and very user friendly. My kids love it. The different modes are awesome too so it can go between handheld or tv mode.

Loving this updated version of the Switch. Feels more solid. Better battery, screen size adjustment does make a good difference compared to the original. The OLED screen makes the colors pop more.

Good upgrade for me, especially when I play handheld majority of the time! I love how big the screen is! And the oled screen definitely brings out more contrast to the games I play especially BOTW! Lastly, the external build feels more durable, higher quality & a good upgrade of the kick stand!
