    I f I could give -10 star I would have. horrible client experience do not buy anything from them. I spent 1 hour on the phone to try just to return. What a horrible service.

    Handheld and tablet modes are good. When connected with TV, the switch is not fixed to the dock and may wobble. Also, there is a good chance of scratch when connecting or removing from the dock. And, many games take a lot of time to download even with great Internet connection. Nintendo should add good servers.
