I do have an Animal Crossing Nintendo switch but as someone who plays handheld, I don't regret buying this one. The OLED display is so GOOD!! I love the vibrancy and the screen is a little bigger. This is definitely my go to when I play now.

My orginal Switch had an issue with the SD slot malfunctioning. So decided to grab the OLED model as a replacement. Appreciate the bigger internal storage and better screen. Would recommend this over the orginal Switch.

Great buy for the Oled screen if you plan to play handheld most of the time. If you are planning to play the switch docked then its pretty much pointless and just stick with the original switch. The oled has better speakers and extra console storage and a more sturdy stand. Defiantly better built.Postage from The Good Guys could give more thought to customers when packing. I received my switch box pretty banged upLucky it was for me and not a gift. Start packing items into small boxes and not flimsy plastic bags please I would rather pay more for post and have that piece of mind.

Bought it as a gift and my son is happier! Can't go wrong with the NS but we didn't know if the OLED was worth it. My son says so but he didn't pay the difference either. I'd say it helps fight obsolescence, its all about the graphics and screen.

A wonderful improve of the original Nintendo Switch. A good oportunity for an update. I gifted my old Switch to my girlfriend, a great opportunity for both. The games lookes beautiful and the colors looks better. A new life for old Switch games

The switch is so much fun. Love the portable feature and the modern day feel of a Wii.

Bought this when my daughter took over my original switch. The screen is so much nicer and detailed, love OLED.

Simply saying it’s a “better screen” isn’t doing this model justice. It’s all around sturdier, feels nicer, and just feels higher quality than the original. Absolutely gorgeous screen and a kickstand that actually works on a bed or other soft surface

Just the screen itself is a massive improvement coming from the last generation switch. Also the new kickstand better audio is a great touch too. Performs the same as the normal Nintendo switch other than those things.

Great console with beautiful OLED screen. Battery life could be better though.

Bought for my daughters 9th birthday, they had the oled next to the lite(the model she currently has) and the screen size/ screen quality on a side by side comparison was such an improvement from lite to oled I had to get it for her. Only downside is switch only comes with small internal memory(didn’t realize till I was home) and I will have to make another big purchase for more storage, maybe bundle micro sd cards w/ switch purchases so we aren’t running around making multiple stops back to the store

I'm delighted with the OLED Switch. The screen has incredible colors and a contrast that makes the games look much better than in the standard model. It is super comfortable to play in portable mode and the rear support is much more stable. 100% recommended!

Great console. The OLED screen is bright and vibrant, the kickstand is super stable, and the speakers are the best they've ever been. A very absolutely worthwhile purchase for new owners.

I had the Lite version, but that limited the games we could play. We were finally able to upgrade to the full version, then went a little higher and got the OLED and its amazing. The kids can play it inside and outside.

I've only recently gotten back into gaming. The last Nintendo device I had was a SNES. Yep, that long ago! It was games like Animal Crossing and Breath of the Wild that got me interested in something new from Nintendo. So, I bought the Switch OLED. Picture quality is great! The controllers work well, offering a variety of methods to interact with games. The Switch package has a dock and an HDMI cable, so it has everything needed to connect it with a TV. It works quite smoothly with a TV. The game selection continues to be very impressive. This is an excellent gaming device! It could, perhaps, use more internal storage, but it has a microSD card port to upgrade storage as desired.

I upgraded from the v1 switch to this because I wanted the bigger screen, speakers, kickstand, and Ethernet port. I am happy to say that it satisfies all those needs and even more. If it is possible to get one you won’t be disappointed.

The Oled is amazing and I upgraded from the first gen and it’s so much better and has a longer battery life I use it daily and would recommend this to everyone.
