One of the biggest upgrades is performance. Games load faster, run smoother, and look noticeably sharper compared to the original Switch. Frame rates are more stable, especially in larger open-world games, and handheld mode finally feels powerful enough for modern titles without major compromises.

Really happy with the size, performance(60 frames) and controllers upgrades, compared to the 1st Switch. Definitely worth the upgrade for me. Specs in general are great for a portable console, and exclusives.

Bought this game for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it. From her playing with it all together to her being able to connect the controls and play it on the table or her connecting it on the tv. It’s easy for her to set up on her own which is something I really admire.

The upgraded graphics and stability is very nice. If you don't already have a Switch I would definitely recommend getting the Switch 2. If you already have a Switch probably only worth it if you use it a lot or want one of the exclusive games

I have been playing it pretty much non stop since I got it. My original switch games run smoother and the titles I have as switch 2 games are really good The only thing I would have to say that isn't my favorite is the battery life is only 2-3 hours in hand held mode.

I was part of the bandwagon that didn't really care to upgrade to a Switch 2 since I already had a Switch 1. But I'm getting ready for the new Pokemon game coming in 2027 and wanted to try Pokopia and I'm so glad I did. It runs games SO much smoother and I know people mention it's a bit too heavy or wide of a hold, but I have small hands and I genuinely feel fine after a couple of hours.

Coming from the Switch OLED this definitely feels like a worthy upgrade. With the games that properly utilize the power of the switch 2 it is very noticeable and they are very impressive visually. Battery life is not amazing but it in my experience is not annoyingly bad. Honestly the only real issue here is the quality of some ports. A lot of ports of games that should run amazingly seem to have issues which causes me to avoid getting games I would otherwise love to play on here. I hope as time goes on this improves.

I got this for my grandson, the setup was very easy, transfer from the old switch was easy. My grandson loves this switch 2, the graphics are better, the ease of operation is easy, he says this is the best. He's the gamer, he should know.

I haven’t bought a new game system in years, between work and young kids. I bought the switch because I loved the portability, which allows me to play more often because I don’t need a tv so I can play while on a lunch break or while the kids are watching a movie.

From playing the switch and switch 2. I am astounded by the performance and display of even this non oled powerhouse. Nintendo certainly has won my heart again. Off to buying a bunch of Nintendo games now lol. Oh this is an amazing console and buy. Honestly if they keep this up they will eventually put xbox and psn out of business

About this for my husband so he could play the new Zelda age of impressment. I love the game console and the system, but had we known the new Zelda game was that bad we would not vote the new system for the game.

The screen on the switch is bigger so when you travel and play it’s easier to see things. The joycons seem like they are better and wont be breaking easily like they did in the first one. The games might be a little more expensive but I think they are worth it.

I have always loved the Nintendo from the original Nintendo I was very excited when they came out with the Nintendo Wii I also was excited when they came out with the Nintendo switch it just keeps getting better and better

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a mile jump from it’s predecessor. The graphics and processing power to run games is just night and day. While most triple A games do have some lag, it is mostly minimal and the frames tend to keep steady at 30 fps or slightly above. Battery does run quick but does give you a good solid 2 to 3 hour gaming session per charge; a solid power bank can help keep the gaming session going though! Overall, this is a must for anyone who wants handheld gaming that can run stable triple A games, runs smoothly, and has a good library of games for all ages.

I recently purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 for me and my girlfriend to play games together and its been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! S/O the bundle allowing us to get Mario Kart for free!

I've had the original Nintendo Switch when it first came out. Buying the 2 was a massive upgrade from the original Switch. Should've upgraded sooner. Love the new screen size, comfier to hold and the another charging port on top.

I like that this lets you choose from a few games using a voucher. Pokopia has been a blast! I'm docking 1 star, though, because I am worried about the lack of a physical cartridge. It could make things difficult as the system ages and when a new Gen system comes out if Nintendo decides to discontinue already purchased digital games. But otherwise, it works well. It has a kickstand that makes it easy to play at a desk. Unfortunately whoever designed it neglected to put the charging port in a convenient spot so that if you run low on battery, you could still plug it in and play with it on the kickstand. The way it's designed, the charging cable keeps it from being able to stand upright on the kickstand. But that's just nitpicking.

I love my Nintendo switch 2. I waited a while before getting it but it was worth the wait. The bundle package is great I selected Mario world which is amazing. Great system for me and my family. We all enjoy it. I can wait for a new Mario game to come out.

Finally the switch has the power to display these games as they should be in a modern time. 4K 60 fps on the tv is amazing. Handheld screen is beautiful and a very I proved size. I love it.

Bought this to get the Mario Kart game and save a few bucks all together. It's a fun system with fun games and it's easy to use. Already had a switch 1 so the backwards compatibility is also great! Would recommend to families with older kids to have fun game nights.
