We actually got this on release night! The employess were super kind, helpful, and thorough. We truly love the system as well. Bigger, faster, and overall perfect.

I've never owned a computer before that the manufacturer forces me to agree to let them remotely disable the machine permanently "at their sole discretion" before they will allow me to use it. The worst any respectable company has ever done before is threaten to lock you out of their online shops and multiplayer to protect their ecosystem from modified machines. They literally tell you, ONLY AFTER OPENING IT AND MAKING IT UNRETURNABLE, that you must agree to this or "do not use the console". This is the very definition of agreeing to something under duress. I imagine since I never plan to modify the machine, this won't be an issue, but the very principle of it is unconscionable and opens the possibility for bad actors to hack into Nintendo's system and activate the remote bricking mechanism. If your ok with that risk, then the Switch 2 has been a very nice piece of hardware. I love the bigger screen, larger storage, bigger and stable magnet locking high l controls, etc. Virtually everything about it is an improvement to the original except the repairability. I've really only been playing my existing backlog from the first switch and Metroid 4, I'm not taking any chances buying non exclusive games for this console with the looming threat of a remote bricking, I'd rather minimize my losses in the event that happens.

The Switch 2 is a good hardware improvement over the original. Nintendo continues the tradition of putting out great first party games with novel features. Unfortunately, they continue their tradition of having their online/DRM experience be rather poor. For instance, be sure to transfer your previous Switch if you have one at the startup process, otherwise making your new Switch 2 your primary console is a pain, requiring a factory reset. Animal crossing fans also need to be careful and follow directions exactly to transfer islands. TL;DR Great games and good hardware, not so great online and DRM experience

My daughter and I are having so much fun with it! Big upgrade from the switch one. I only had the first model switch one all these years never got an OLED. But switch 2 is shch a bigger system, and i like the bigger screen.

Felt like a major upgrade over the first Switch, and runs beautiful in handheld or on my 85in 4k TV. No issues with performance so far My only negative would be the new (not remade) game diversity, but that shouldnt be a problem by the end of thr year

Launch day buy. Although lately I haven’t played much this was still definitely worth the purchase to play with friends and family on launch and as more games have come out.

Great! I couldn’t find a Switch 2 anywhere until I checked your website. I bought it immediately and it was dropped of a couple days later. I love my switch I’m very happy.

I thought I was buying this for my kids, but it’s really for me, I wish there were more games to get, but the ones I have are great and it’s a fun system.

I like the Nintendo switch 2, its easy to transfer games/saved game data, enjoy playing Mario Kart world, i highly recommend the switch 2 for anybody, i have a switch Oled but now i play on my switch 2

Great console, family friendly, and super portable

I'll admit, I was a bit annoyed with this when I first got it back home at 2 am. Mario Kart World was annoying but and the initial setup took a bit longer than I would have liked and the language for transferring data from 1 to 2 was irritating, but then I realized I was just tired and should never do a midnight release again for a Nintendo console. Overall, if you like the Switch 1, you'll probably like the Switch 2. Uh...yea...
