Never recieved the item, got lost in transit according to agent i spoke too then shipped another but then canceled then miraculously the 1st one said delievered to a random location now ive been waiting about 3 weeks for a refund and agents just keep telling me 24 more hours. If i could suggest not to purchase from best buy online i would.

Games a way to expensive and not much of a selection…just old games re-done

If you are someone who doesn't have a switch, this is perfect to pick up. The upgrade is nice but not worth it. It's also over priced. The Mario Kart World game is comes with is laggy when 4-player split screen. There's no real incentive to upgrade from the Switch 1. And the most recent update to Mario Kart World is terrible.

I love the price and the combo easy to install and olay

Nintendo went black screen after just a month of used.

Pretty lame, not too many fun games. Good to be mobile. Experienced some glitches already.

I love the product, but unfortunately the in-store experience was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.

Stopped working after 4 months. Very disappointing for a game that cost $600. Screen went blank and no response to touch. Won't turn on.

I didn’t even get my item because Best Buy wants to have a door dasher deliver my order. The door dasher stole my item, then they claimed it got lost in transit which doesn’t make sense if one person is delivering 1 item. I called support and they claimed that she called multiple times, when it does not even matter when all she had to do was drop it at my door. Then it claimed she was dropping it off to facility but she never did. Hence I never got my package but the doordasher for sure got my package

The switch is great but still wayyyyy too expensive, but it is a much welcomed upgrade from the first

Nothing wrong with the system it’s just sad that it’s a barely updated switch and you’re paying $700 to play a barely updated Mario kart which is just ridiculous. Also not a fan of the longer controllers that make your thumb even weirder to position around because they’re longer, but they’re still in the same position so it just doesn’t make any sense at all.

My switch 2 never got delivered spoke to many people, even had my building confirm the package was never left inside the building, the package said left in driveway when i live in Manhattan with no drive way in site. Opened up investigation with ups. Best buy told me they would send me a replacement for only 2 weeks later after multple time the package saying delayed, i receive an email saying they will not provide replacement and will do nothing to help. That i should probably open a police investigation for the police to tell me there is nothing they can do. Someone out there is enjoy that switch and bestbuy just took my money. Appreciate you guys!

Good console. Not really that much games on it now would wait

I didn't purchase this so I have no idea how it is. Someone stole my Best Buy Credit Card number and purchased a Quest headset and exchanged it for this despite me alerting Best Buy and locking my account the stores still allowed this to happen. This person went into 4 different stores and somehow didn't get caught even though these should have been flagged transactions because I reported them. 2 headsets at 2 different stores exchanged for 2 Switch 2s at two completely different stores all of which in different municipalities in my State. I know because it's all connected to my account and the stores sent me digital copies of the receipts. Unbelievable.

Nintendo has not been providing Development kits to 3rd party game makers, which is why most of the 3rd party games don't look or run well. So if you're looking for a portable system with 3rd party game support, this is not it for awhile.
