I LOVE my Nintendo switch ! I got one for my boyfriend too. I ordered it day of and was ready for pick up in less than an hour. 1000/10

Pre-ordered 3 months before launch buy waited in line for 4 hours while store employees took care of non pre-order line first. That's right there was two giant lines and they serviced all the last minute shoppers first before finally letting in the loyal customers that choose Bestbuy first and responsibly ordered months in advance. To me and others in my line we thought that was an odd choice by management.

Battery life is mediocre and the screen can be better and brighter. It games well for what it is but the accessories cost way too much.

My kids really enjoy playing They got it for xmas And the oldest of my kids really like to play with her siblings mario karts

As this is a Christmas gift, it won't be used till Christmas. Order arrived undamaged. Arrived in timely manner. Was ordered online.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a must have for game enthusiasts. The console is quite the upgrade from the original version.

very fun gaming system. The only reason that it isn't a 5 is the grip can become uncomfortable and my hands start to ache. So if you are planning on a lot of mobile gaming, get an additional grip cover. Improved the handling a whole bunch.
