As huge fans of the Wii (RIP), we finally decided to see what the Switch can do. Complete recaptured all the fun with all the beauty that the better computing power allows. Super easy to set up, too.

Bigger screen and better graphics over the 1. Plus Mario Kart World was fun

First time buying a Nintendo switch. It was a really great purchase. The console is lightweight and the games run very smoothly.

Very sleek, and really appreciate the upscale upgrades to all the original Switch games. Also very stoked about the GameCube library!!

Excellent console, improved graphics, the screen is larger than the previous one.

I still have my launch day switch, and given the small game library of the switch2 at launch, i didnt feel the need to upgrade. Got it as a gift, and the experience is so much smoother than the original. TOTK doesnt chug as hard, and that alone is worth it.

Make the Switch to Switch 2! Whether you have the first Switch or not at all, give the Switch 2 a go. It’s not perfect—could have more storage, screen could’ve been OLED, could’ve been assured no repeat issues of drift, but there are definitely improvements.

Needs more games but the upgrade from the switch 1 to this is noticeable. It’s worth getting this for Donkey Kong. Might not be OLED but all of the other improvements make up for it

Outstanding, bigger screen. Easier to attach controllers. Just great.

Great console, plays old switch games well too. The only thing holding it back is the display. You can see some ghosting even in the menu and it's really noticeable in-game like in Splatoon 3 where moving characters look really blurry like motion blur on extreme when moving the camera. I recommend if playing a fast paced game like Splatoon only in docked otherwise Mario Kart, Zelda, Donkey Kong you won't notice it at all.

This system is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough. The graphics and performance dwarf the performance of the switch 1 allowing for 4k performance and 120hz for certain titles. The games are pricey but I think most titles will provide you with the gameplay hours you are looking for.

Amazing upgrade. Faster, clearer, so much fun. The older games run so smoothly on this. Love the new system. Only complaint would be battery life.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is an Excellent Gaming Console. There is a endless selection of games and they provide hours of fun for young and old alike. The Mario Kart game is especially great to play. I highly recommend the Nintendo Switch 2!

This version is a big upgrade over the original Switch. You can really feel the responsiveness, faster load times, etc. I picked mine up at midnight on release day, and when I unboxed it, I was pleasantly surprised at how much bigger it was than the original. It feels good in the hand when you're playing in handheld mode and the screen is bright and has great colors. The controllers also feel more solid compared to the original joy con. Only time will tell if this proves true (we've been through a number of joy cons on the original) Getting to play Gamecube games is also a great addition.

Great quality and the best graphics by far! The switch 2 far surpasses any gaming device by far and definitely not slow by no stretch of the imagination. Definitely two thumbs up for me. I ended up buying three!

From a degrading OG Switch (2017) to Switch 2 - it was well worth the upgrade. I have been playing frequently on the Switch 2 for about a month now. The larger screen makes a world of difference. It's still early, but the controls have been very snappy and responsive so far. I've felt that the controls, especially with the joysticks, has been much smoother. Fingers crossed that stick drift is a thing of the past. The price increase of joy-cons is less than impressive considering how liable they were to break. As someone who prefers to play in handheld mode, it became apparent very quickly that this system is unforgiving to those with smaller hands. This is currently my only major complaint with both Switch 1 and 2. The design would greatly benefit from some sort of built-in grips or an option to have grips added. Instead, I had to purchase a third-party "grip system".
