One of the joycons had drift right out of the box but nintendo replaced it, and then that one got drift. Thats more of a Nintendo-ism than a best buy problem though

I wasn't sure if this was really a Nintendo product, but when I opened it, I saw their name. This system is crazy, it works somehow without being plugged into the wall. I'm sure its witchcraft of some kind so I have to be careful using it publicly, lest I be hanged in the town square. MY mom said BURN THE WITCH so I fled to Madagascar and now I have no wifi.

Exactly what its supposed to be but it feels just like a regular switch Oled but a bit larger.

Got a Switch 2, it's better than the original Switch in every way with a slightly bigger form factor. Enjoying Mario Kart World but it also plays the old Switch 1 games better than the original

I purchased a new set of remotes so I’m able to play with my friends. They love the way they’re magnetic and super easy to use.

I enjoy this more as a sorta Switch Pro than a full blown new generation. Worth it for me in that I’m able to fully enjoy my switch 1 games on more powerful hardware, and as a lifelong Nintendo fan I’m highly anticipating their future Switch 2 exclusives. I wouldn’t currently recommend it to anyone else, Donkey Kong and Mario Kart are fun but I wouldn’t be able to justify buying a console just for those

The screen and graphics alone are so worth upgrading from original Switch. Everything loads way faster as well! So happy with it!

Very fun gaming system. We have been playing donkey kong and the graphics are definitely improved. The magnetic controllers are definitely an improvement also.

I preordered this first day it was available and had it delivered. Best buy let me down because it was 3 days after launch that I finally received it. Quite disappointing to have been the first to pre-order it and then have to wait several days to get it. Note for the future, don't have pre-orders delivered. I figured a day late max. For me personally, The switch 2 hasn't wowed me since upgrading from the switch 1. I buy every console. I have the playstation 5 and xbox series x as well. Is it fun? Yeah. Does it excite me like when I first got every other next gen console in the past? No. Do I crave playing it? No. The graphics are not that much better to me. For the price honestly I expect more. I have mario kart world, donkey kong bananza, and zelda breath of the wild. They are all okay games to me. The controllers seem good. I like the new joy cons and how they attach. This is buy far the most exciting thing Nintendo did. Other than that, evertyhing else is the same to me.

My son loves his Nintendo switch 2. He is 11 years old and was able to set it up in his own.

It is 10 times better than the original but the only problem is the game selection. They need more Nintendo switch two games.

An absolutely premium product. The joycons feel much more sturdy, with very secure magnets. The screen is very big and vibrant, plus 1080p so playing in handheld no feels almost just as good as on the TV

Great successor! It’s great you see the Nintendo games you love on a more powerful system. The magnetic joy cons are a great change too.
