The switch 2 is a great successor to the original switch. The menu’s are easy and comfortable to get used to. The bundle came with Mario Kart World a open world racing game that is fun to play with family and friends, offering lots of laughs and excitment.

I have a huge backlog of Switch 1 games, so the Switch 2 is a nice upgrade over my OG Launch Switch 1. I don’t see myself buying Switch 2 games, given the price increases. However, I’ll continue to grow my Switch 1 collection and enjoy them on the Switch 2.

Best console release I’ve ever experienced. Staff communicated w customers at all times, were friendly & very welcoming. Also got a nice little gift bag, Thanks again especially to the manager that night!

I camped out for the switch. BestBuy was with us having fun. I love the customer service every trip. The Nintendo is awesome. The family thoroughly enjoys Mario Kart World. Cant wait to buy more accessories and games.

This was the best preorder event since GameCube thank you Best Buy for keeping me safe and making my childhood dreams come true as an Adult now .

Overall a good improvement. More games over time should release able to take advantage of the hardware.

The Nintendo Switch 2 suffers from a lot of the same issues the original suffered from. From the quirky joy-cons that dont feel great, to the underperforming hardware that leaves images on most modern TVs looking like a mess, theres a lot left to be desired here. At a higher price than the competition, its a tough pill to swallow. Games like Cyberpunk and Fast Fusion are incredibly blurry. Mario Kart World, while pretty, is filled with baffling design choices that make me want to go back to MK8 instead. We will be left waiting to see what the hardware can really do for years to come, in my opinion.

I'm so happy I bought Nintendo at this store. Everything is original. Excellent service
