This as so hard to find in many stores, but during our search we came to best buy and the gentleman was able to tell us how to get it with out even having to come into the store. being a mother of a son who is diagnosed with autism . they understood the challenges of being in the store for me and my son. So I am beyond grateful.

I have nothing but great things to say about the new switch. The ONLY caveat is that my old off brand controllers either don’t pair at all with it or pair with it but don’t wake it from sleep mode. I can’t blame the unit for that though
