I bought into the hype of the Switch 2, but I didn’t expect to be spending over $100 on controllers and $70–$80 on games for what still feels like a console with PS3-level graphics. Mario Kart World especially frustrated me — the game constantly punishes you when you’re doing well. You’ll get hit with everything imaginable just for being in first place, and it’s full of players who sweat the game like their life depends on it. Fortnite looks slightly better on the Switch 2, but it’s still a blurry mess if you’re trying to play in 4K. Thankfully, I have TotalTech so I can return it. At this point, I’d rather pair a PS5 with my powerful PC setup instead. The Switch 2 just isn’t worth it for me.

That's what happens when you impulse buy. Hopefully good games will come that aren't key cards. I recommend the switch 1 over this

I had placed a pre order with Best Buy on the 24th of April. On the release date, it said preparing to ship. I reached out to customer support asking them what was happening with my order and they told me that the shipping company had lost it. They gave me an option to pick up at a later date(12th June) and on that day they tell me that they found the lost package and that it was damaged. They’re now asking me to wait another 5 days for my order. It seemed like their priority was to recover their lost product and not fulfill my order ASAP. Especially when Best Buy had restocked switches on the 11th of June.

Trying to buy this product from Best Buy is a nightmare. You will not receive your item. They will lie to you. Blame others. No straight answers at all. Keep all your records of conversations. Because they lie.

Got it a month ago and the joy cons have suddenly stopped working. I have reset it MULTIPLE times and they still aren’t working. Did a factory reset to hopefully “reset” whatever happened and now I cant find even get my switch to work because controllers won’t connect. Horrible software. Should not be happening with how expensive this is.

This item was missing from my shipping box Best Buy never put it in with other items and they are giving me a run around and will not provide a replacement. And tell me to contact local police because they messed up

The Nintendo switch came with a scuff on it looks like someone poked thru the box called Customer service to report and was pretty much told ( you got what you ordered ) EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

What a ripoff. Only 2weeks to return. Bought early thinking I could get price match if it went on sale. Nope Best Buy would not price match due to out of 2 week window. So I am out $50 but Best Buy in the long run will lose much more, my business.

I wish I never would have purchased this. I played it twice and when I went to play it today it won’t even come on!!!!! I’m beyond angry!!! This cost a lot of money to just not work and I just purchased it in October for my birthday!!!

i hate nintendo but i bought it for my girlfriend and we still had to jump through like a million hoops to make it work just cuz she didnt bring her switch with her on vacation lmao. best buy didnt do anything wrong, purely an issue with the product and i wanted to drag the rating down if i gotta spend 700 dollars and i cant easily game on the thing.

Its early but i wish they had more games to play. So far only thing decent is mart kart.

Don’t use bestbuy delivery they use a third party delivery service that claim the item gets delivered but it never was. Worst customer service ever.

The Nintendo Switch 2 will last about 4 months, and then you’ll have to buy a new dock. And the same thing will keep happening over and over. It’s trash.

I was disappointed to find out that this product comes with the CA cancer warning. It was returned.

Item came broken, I guess there is no QC for $500 expensive electronics. It has been an absolute nightmare to get this replaced by Bestbuy and I still don't have a resolution. Don't waste your time and money. Just get a PC or steamdeck.

I order this item the day before Christmas,it was suppose to ship to store for me to pickup.It has not arrived yet.My package is late.

The price tag was hard to justify $500 for a console and in the state of Massachusetts where there’s a huge technology task. It was about $581, along with the $50 a year insurance plan. Truthfully, I am happy that I returned it, and got my money back. Better off, putting it in nursing school

The order never arrived, and they reported that I wasn't home on the first day of delivery, which is a lie. I was, and they never arrived. I waited a week and went to the store. The only solution they gave me was to call and cancel the order. There was no compensation or attempt to remedy the error.

One of the worst gaming systems out there. So many bugs and glitches that doesn’t allow you to play a game all the way through. Exchanged it once thinking I got a defective device. Nope the 2nd one sucked just as bad.

Meh. They are still at least two systems behind on graphics and the games are just no fun to play. There is also a severe lack of games at launch with tells me this is just a re-hash of the old system with a new processor. The controls are so frustrating. I’d pass.
