Meh. They are still at least two systems behind on graphics and the games are just no fun to play. There is also a severe lack of games at launch with tells me this is just a re-hash of the old system with a new processor. The controls are so frustrating. I’d pass.

The price of the Switch 2 is insane and I wouldn't recommend only if there is a price cut.

Terrible people no one cares to help my Nintendo wasn’t delivered to me it was left in a lobby and disappeared and Best Buy claims they can’t help I’m so angry this people just basically kept my 544 dollars and I have no Nintendo from them WHAT A FREAKING SHAME

We pre-ordered Nintendo Switch 2 and it was stolen prior to delivery yet marked “delivered”. Best buy refused to refund our payment. We ordered another one from Target and it arrived. If you buy it, get it from somewhere else.

We preordered to have Switch 2 bundle shipped to our home. It never arrived. Fed Ex says Best Buy never delivered product for shipping. We try to get one to pick up at store. On date of delivery at store our order is canceled and we are given no way to keep order open or be put on any kind of waitlist.

fraudulently bought with my credit card information and given to the thief no questions asked

Console didn’t work and because I opened it after the 14 day return period I have to pay extra for them to send a form and exchange it.

What else can I say? Nintendo QC failed; it won't power on, and you can see many of the same stories online if you Google search.

This is my 2nd Switch 2 which is defective. This ine has a problem with the screen where is blinks and acts all kind of funny. Such a bummer, Nintendo!

The product did not arrive, UPS lied, and the refund to my credit card has not appeared after more than a month. Terrible.

It sucks. Returned it the next day. Not even 24 hours later. For $500 just buy a Playstation 5.

I attempted to change the delivery date as I would not be home on any of the days it would be delivered but was not allowed due to shipper restrictions

Picked up Bricked item , no more in stock Bestbuy corp said sure we can have one in a week, store said nope only returns. Check back for a better review, who know when..sad in fayetteville

Device has a broken screen or of the box. Returned it without issue. There is no padding above the screen in the box. Good job Nintendo.

Unable to wake console with switch 1 pro controllers or 3rd party controllers. Very inconvenient and poor decision by Nintendo.
