The Switch 2 is a fantastic upgrade. The performance is much smoother than the original, and the display looks incredible. It's been great for long gaming sessions, and I'm really impressed with the new features. Highly recommended!

This review is designed for people who are interested in buying a Switch 2, but aren't sure if it's a good time or not. Main issues: - Larger than the Switch 1 OLED, so it feels slightly strange use in handheld mode. Mostly designed to be used with built in-stand. - The Switch 2 joycon controller adaptor has a large gap, making it substabtially more uncomfortable than the original. I can't imagine using it for prolonged periods of time. Unfortunately, I highly recommend the Pro Controller 2, as it's very comfortable and has many features that probably should come with pack-in controller, like a headphone jack, or powering on the console by holding the home button. (yes. only the right joycon 2 and pro controller 2 can power on the system wirelessly) Be warned, as I have heard that both the joycon 2 and pro controller 2 have drift issues just like the originals, but I have yet to experience this. Otherwise, it's just a more powerful Switch. It's difficult to gauge how meaningful that is, as most of the games are also on the original Switch. It's nice for the handful of games that have Switch 2 versions, but ultimately unnecessary. Realistically, if you're a Nintendo fan, you're going to have to buy a Switch 2 at some point. As of right now, only buy one if you want to be at the forefront of the gaming scene. I recommend saving up and buying the pro controller 2 alongside the console because it will be be that much more enjoyable(this is a major flaw)

It’s such a sleek console. I do think that it is more like a “Switch Pro” than a Switch 2. Giving it five stars still because the games run extremely smoothly and the upgraded Joycon design is so much better. The kickstand feels more robust, and the addition of a charging port on the topside was a no brainer upgrade as well. Overall very satisfied.

The upgraded switch is what every Nintendo fan has been wanting. The games I've been wishing for an upgrade have better FPS and graphics are smoother.

Portability and great battery life . Graphics are sharper and it’s easy to switch between handheld and other mode . Highly recommend.

The whole system is a great upgrade from previous. magnetic controllers as opposed to snapping makes a gigantic difference. now can use camera for some games too

The pictures is amazing, the game are definitely more intense but amazing. We play as a family and the bes5 thing is that we can add out old controls ftom the Nintendo switch 1. It is much fast the the switch 1 so far we havr not ran in to any trouble.

The upgrades to the hardware and the larger size make for a great on the go handheld and some pretty graphics on the big screen.

I ordered my Nintendo Switch 2 online through Best Buy and picked it up from their pickup locker. The entire process was flawless. My order was ready earlier than expected, the locker pickup was quick and secure, and the Switch 2 works perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for an easier experience. I am beyond happy with my Nintendo Switch 2! The battery life is amazing and lasts for hours of gameplay. The screen size is perfect, bright, and super clear. The joysticks fit perfectly in my hands, and the buttons work so smoothly. Everything feels solid and high quality. It’s great for both handheld play and on the TV. Nintendo really outdid themselves with this one — 100% recommend!

Major update from the original switch. Larger screen is a massive upgrade that makes everything look better. The battery life could be better though with most games only lasting 2 hours.
