The size is bigger, the grip is better and the backwards compatibility that nintendo is releasing is just the icing on the cake.

No More Midnight Releases

Mario Kart World was annoying but and the initial setup took a bit longer than I would have liked and the language for transferring data from 1 to 2 was irritating, but then I realized I was just tired and should never do a midnight release again for a Nintendo console. Overall, if you like the Switch 1, you'll probably like the Switch 2. Uh...yea...

There are many competitors but for Nintendo games it's the only option. The current exclusives have been somewhat lackluster compared to the Switch's 2017 launch year. Maybe the remainder of the Switch 2's sophomore year will hold some surprises.
