I give it 4 Stars because when I went to pick up there was only one person working cashier and pick up. This is totally unacceptable. This is a gift for my grandson and he loves it it but customer service pickup was unacceptable wait time!

very fun gaming system. The only reason that it isn't a 5 is the grip can become uncomfortable and my hands start to ache. So if you are planning on a lot of mobile gaming, get an additional grip cover. Improved the handling a whole bunch.

I got this for my daughter so she could gift her other switch to her son for Christmas. They are both very happy with their gaming needs being met.

First gaming system in 20 years. Easy setup with automatic registration. Online download simple. Great picture. Learning the controllers for 1 or 2 players. Should be fun including grandkids.

I love my Switch 2. The quality is so much better. I have owned every Switch so far and they keep getting better and better.

Can finally play Pokemon Violet the way God intended - fully functional

Amazing system for how small it is. Very portable but also great to play at home on the tv.

My daughter loves it and plays this all the time. There is a lot of set up but once done, it is pretty easy for my daughter to use and have fun

Great deal! I got two, switch 2 is great. Only things streaming apps not available *yet*. Hopefully that changes soon

So far so good definitely like it it better than the first one, games feel real great and a lot are improved on it better/stable frameates, don't forget to buy a micro express SD card your gonna need the storage if you play games such as Cyberpunk

I love it. It's an improvement over the Switch 1. Everything works great and I can still access all my old games.

Its been a wile and im not regret it and i think thanks to nintendo and nvidia there a lot more game that are.helping improving DLSS
